hes 17,hes hanging with the wrong people. hes been caught smoking marijuana once and possible evidence of more times and hes also been tested positive for marijuana twice. hes got jumped once on halloween and a while back. he got a head concussion and has to pay like 14,000 in medical bill which i doubt he will pay. hes become too arrogant and wont even listen what we think about him. especially since hes mexican but hes acting black beyond comparison. i mean all he listens to is black music and hes in all that hyphy crap. ive also seen his tagging up in places though luckily he hasnt been caught. theres even an alley which has like 13 taggings that he did which i havent showed to our mother. im about to be 14 in april but hes my bro what can i say ,i watch out for him. yet my mom still lets him do as he wish and when he plans to go out, he dresses and everything before asking since he knows hes gonna be allowed to go for sure. what should i do

I asked him why he stares at me (last friday) He said said he doesn't.
Which is really funny because I've seen him looking at me. Coincidentally. ( I don't go around staring at him to see if he's staring at me. He sits right infront of me and it's a little hard not to notice when his head's right infront of my own.) at least once a day.
On monday and Tuesday, he tried to be subtle (it didn't work out too well. lol).
Yesterday & today he just ignored me.
Also, if it makes a difference, he's been staring at me alot since the first week of school.
& I've really never talked to him.
UPDATE:
Okay, so I told a few firends I was interested in him. They went to go ask him if he liked me (first time, he said he didn't even know who I was. Second time, he got all deffensive about it. Third time he said no [my friend asked him infront of the whole class, though.])

The last time I posted a question about this, everyone said he was embarrased and that's why he lied. -cont.

do chores, and I should not make him do chores for money. He has read online that chores are to be seperate from allowance, he also couldn't agree more. so my boyfriends little sister is 13, 14 in may. shes a virgin and wants to wait for the right guy but her hormones are raging. she dosnt want to go out w/ any of the other boys in 8th grade because she says there really immature and she wants a "real" relationship not just hand-holding during school.

Would you pay to rent a "Baby Think it Over" for a few days to a week for a "Scared Straight" tactic? please help, this camera does me no good if i can't get the videos i shoot onto windows movie maker. i hooked the cable up but nothing happened. the users manual only says how to transfer pictures to the computer. i think i need a card. can i transfer stuff if i use a tape?thanks!!!!

It is wrong for two girls to shower and sleep together.?
Me and my best friend (we are 14) spent the night at my house a lot. Since we were little kids we showered together, dressed together, swam naked together in my pool and slept in the same bed with each other. Recetly I told another friend about this and she told me it was immoral and we were gay. i am not gay I date guys all the time and i was had sex three times. But is it wrong for me and my best friend to shower together, skinny dip, and sleep together. Were friends not lovers. Is it wrong?

I have a good friend whose oldest son (10) is acting up. Problem is, she is sharing it with the public - ya know airing dirty laundry and such. First off I think the boy is fine - just needs attention. Second I think it's totally wrong for mom to be bad-mouthing her son in front of people (he isn't present). Do you agree? How might I approach this topic with her?
