If you cant tell them face to face, then write a note and place it somewhere they will find it. Let them come to you.
Ask a youth pastor or pastor to help you tell them. If you do not belong to a church, ask a friend or someone to go with you.
Tell the nurse at school, she can help you.
let them know what your plans are. Are you going to keep this baby, have an abortion, or give him/her up for adoption?
They will probally be mad, and might yell. But they do love you, and will help you. Better that they find out now than later. Good luck hun. Take care!

Well go and get a at home preg. kit first to make sure you are. If you are more than 2 weeks late even the cheap ones will be able to tell. If it comes out that you are you are just going to have to tell them. Yes they will be disappointed but they are going to have to accept it. The worst mistake you can do is to even think about not having it. Talk with your mom first and let her and you both tell your dad. You have to deside what is going to be the best for you and your baby. Please just remember the baby is living and has a heart beat. To God there are no accidents he kmew you were going to get pregnant and has a plan for you and your babies life. Best of luck to the both of you.

My heart goes out to you, I was pregnant at 16 and I know what you must be going through. Your dad may be disappointed but we cannot change the past. Tell him that you have something very important to to tell him and that he will be disappointed with you but you didn't plan it and you need his love and support at the moment. Have you got any close family that maybe you could get for moral support?
Best of luck.

hi there i know how u feel, i was 17 when i fell pregnant, i had been with my boyfriend for a couple of years so it didnt seem so bad for us two but i was so scared about telling mum and dad. they always had high expectations for me and my brother, get a good paying job, do all that normal stuff, so i was terrified of telling them. they were upset when i first told them but once i started getting bigger and i started including them in preparing for the baby they were fine. my daughter is now 13 months and guess who her favourite grandparents are!! stick with it, at the end of the day, remember it is your body and your child and dont let them tell you what to do. but i agree with the other answers make sure you find out if you really are first. good luck!!

If your 'e not sure maybe going to your doctor and finding out definately might be a good start.

If you have a school councellor talking to them might be helpful and they might be able to support you when you tell your parents.
