I don't think that 16 is to young for sex. If it is then why is the legal age of consent in most states 16? I lost my virginity when I was 15 and I know plenty of other people who have had sex at a young age. If you think that you are ready then do what you want, its your body. There are plenty of other things you and your boyfriend can do to make you relationship exciting. You can go see a movie, go out to eat, go to a theme park, go swimming, or sometimes its fun to just hang around at the house all day eating popcorn and watching movies. There are so many things you can do to keep your relationship exciting besides having sex.

First of all you can only tell if your too young to have sex. I always thought I would wait for marriage, but then I met my current boyfriend. He asked me to a couple of times when we were first dating but I always told him no and explained that I wanted to wait. He never pushed me to and he always respected my wishes. Then one day, it just felt right and I knew that I wouldn't regret it. That was a year ago and I still don't regret it. I'm 19 now and we are talking of getting married after we graduate from college. YOU will know when it is right for you. I can only describe it as kind of a calm that comes over you - you don't have any worries of how you will feel afterwards or that he will leave you. You feel secure in the knowledge that you are loved and well respected.
In answer to your current question - take turns coming up with dates. Search through your town's website to see if anything fun and interesting is going on. Go to places that spark both your interests'. Try something goofy like going to the park or a carnival. Play games, have fun!

uh.. hello people? not everything is about sex. do things you both like to do. play vidoe games. go for bike rides. go exploring places youve never been before. go eat dinner at a random restaurant. even better, do things one of you likes to do, but the other has never done before. thats always exciting. if you need to rely on sexual activities for an exciting relationship, then something is wrong. sexual activities are a plus you can add to your already great and exciting relationship. if you are both ready, and you feel comfortable with it, then it doesnt really matter. just be safe and make sure you dont end up relying on it. its your body, and your decision. do what feels right and make sure your first time is perfect for YOU.

At 16 you should just be having fun. Go to the movies, out for pizza, skating, bowling, pool, go carts, mini-golf, batting cages, hiking, shopping, cards, etc.... If your relationship is so focused around sex and you have nothing else in common then the relationship wont last very long and you should move on to someone else who you enjoy being around. Someone who is potential husband material =)

Sex if deffinitely not the answer to keeping things exciting. If he's a good boyfriend, he'll understand. Just try doing new things like going out to different dates like rock climbing or something. My sister got pregnant when she was about her age and she used a condom and everything. You NEED to be safe about this ****. Sex is never the answer and it can just create issues.

Anything that is not sexual in nature. Having sex will not make your relationship exciting. There had to be something that attracted you two to each other; focus on that. If you need to have sex with him to keep him interested, then get rid of him. Find some one who find you, not intercourse with you, exciting.

well don't do oral or anal or any sex what so ever. You can get an STD. Just make out for a long time, while rolling around in bed, with yur underwear on (not your bra ;- ] ) Or maybe just lay in bed and touch each other. Hope this helps.

Try thinking for yourself instead of governing your life by the mass consensus of others.
That should definitely add some excitement.
