i didnt kno dat was possible. there makin me stay after school 3 days ugh! first was passing notes with my bff julia
second was i was in pe i hate dat class anywho they made us run a mile while our coach was lookin for the boys coach replacment. so the guys were with us. me and julia
were athelast people on the feild beacause we were walking. and all the bitchy atheltic girls were saying hurry up or we will hav to run the mile again (rulz, guys were nice tho). so for dat were started going slower and i made julia give me a piggy back ride then our coach came detention!
then it was for text messaging eachother! now we hav detention forever but its ok cause we live togehter
are we bad???????

I just received one of those jury questionnaires which means once I fill it out and send it off, I will probably be receiving a jury summons soon after. On the questionnaire it said that I can possibly be excused if I am a legal guardian and caretaker of a child under the age of 12. I’m wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation? Were you able to get out of jury duty?

Well, I fear that my super-huge confidence boost is wearing off like adrenaline.

Plus, I want to ask someone out!

I know one of my friends is friends with this person, and has 4th period (or something) with the person I want to ask out. (I hate repetition, time to use names)

Now, I do not know the status of Megan (person who I want to ask out), and, right now, we are friends. Problem is, I don't know if I should break it to her or have someone else ask her.

I'm stuck here, please help me. Should I ask herself or chicken out and have someone else do it?

I thought that it was mostly high school and up but I noticed recently a lot of 12-13 year olds
have one. I don't know if their parents gave them consent or they just did it themselves. My daughter says a lot of kids she knows has them. (she is just 12) What are your thoughts?

Okay, well- First off, I don't want to get in trouble. It's just that, is it normal for someone to never ever get in trouble? I mean, I have never been grounded or spanked in my life for doing anything wrong- but all my siblings have, including the one that is four years younger than me. I get good grades and behave, and I'm cool with that, but I'm starting to wonder if something is wrong with me, because I never feel the need to break rules and stuff. I almost feel left out. I know that if I ever did get in trouble, my parents would rip me into pieces, so obviously- I don't want to, but I'm just asking if it is normal. I asked them once and they said that they never thought I deserved to be punished, but that's just creepy. Am I normal for never getting into trouble? What's wrong with me? How come I don't find the "thrill" in breaking rules like people I know say they do?

I am in serious trouble. I got an Ipod nano for Christmas. Yesterday I left it in my locker and didn't think it would get stolen because I go to a school that is K-8 and only has 150 kids. My grandma bought it and I live with her. She will kill me if I tell her I lost it and only had it a month. I was thinking that I could save up money to buy a new one but that would take like 6 months since i am only 13. I neeeeeed help!!!!!

Okay I have a brother that is the youngest and he is 14. I am 18 and my older brother is 21. The youngest is out of control. He has ADHA, and is in trouble with the law. None of us live at home expect when we come home from colloge and we hang out with him when ever we can. He is part of a ganag at school and has a 9 mm. My parents tried everything but nothing has worked. He went to bott camp and that just made hime worse. He is n=in trouble with the law. We even tried to shock him with bring him to a jail for the weekend and that just changed him to not get in trouble tith the law. Does any one have any ideas to help all of us out.

Okay so here's the deal. My 15 year old son, Jake just figured out he's gay. I found him with his gay lover in his bedroom on his bed. I'm a little worried but I still think it's fine as long as he doesn't get some disease like ABDS. I'd be so scared. I don't know how to handle it because his father just died 2 years ago and I'm sure that his father, Chris would have known how to handle this.

omg so my math teacher called my house earlier and i forgot to erase the message before my mom got home. my math teacher said that she is concerced about emily's behavior and work effort. its so stupid, any way and then yesterday i got my fourth write up in a week. im failing 3 classes rite now. how can i like pay attention better and control myself when i say stuff. cause the reason i got written up yesterday was for talking back to a teacher which is really stupid.

Im 15 and am taking medication for my acne, well because it can cause birth defects i had to take a pregnancy test. Well i found out the other day when the doctor called that it came back positive .. i have no idea how because im a virgin! My mom is not pleased at all and i have to go get another one cause they said their might be an error (which there has to be cause im a virgin) but do these kinds of things with pregnancy tests or any kinds of blood tests happen often .. cause this is kind of freakin me out!

my neice was abused by her father shes living with me now because her mother is in hospital after a heart transplant.my neice does not rust any man and tonight locked herself in a cupboard and refused to come out she was hysterical and i could not calm her down eventually the police where called and my neice came out im at a loss in how to help her something else i think has happened but im not sure what i do keep an eye on her but i amworried about her i have arranged councilling for her but shes so scared of all men and if shes not hiding under the bed she locks herself in a cupboard does any one have any suggestions in how i can get her to trust the people around her or to make things more bearable for her much appreciated

My 22 year old sister was being an @sshole to me and i retorted back. My mom didnt like what i said so she smacked me twice on the face and once on the back. Im so mad I want to smack her so bad. Show her what if feels like. Shes like your grounded your not going to the mall. I don't care if I have to sneak out I'm going. I hate my mom so much. You have no clue. I have 3 teenagers and the older two act a lot worse than my younger teen.{the two oldest are girls too} I would expect my daughters to act a lot better. I was real suprised. so my question is why do girls act worse?

Why do children at the age of 11 and 12 insist on not behaving? They have cost me 3 jobs and no longer have day care because they have been kicked out of all of them. Their father is a dead beat dad and the boys are in counseling for all of their issues, but nothing seems to snap them out of it. My younger son is failing 1/2 of his classes, and my older son is finally getting better grades, but fights at school, or has detention. He is very aggressive! I am at the point that I am afraid of him, and that is not right! We have had the police at our house to control him, and he has been taken to the hospital for the agression, only to be sent home (12 hours later) to see a counselor once a week. I cannot get them to do any chores, or even let the dog out after they get home from school...HELP!!!!!!!
