My 10 yr old neise, Kimmy is very board and I am babysitting her. Any good Ideas? She wants to go to Hobbyworld but I don't know if her Parents like her going there. I am dieing here! Please help!!!

Why don't you teach her some spelling?? Or, better yet.....let her teach YOU some!

Hi, well I have a daughter who will be 10 in Sept, She Loves to play board games like Life, Clue jr, Battle ship, what kinds of Hobbys is she involved or interested in? My daughter loves arts & crafts, drawing is her best. just take turns drawing pictures and reward her with a movie she likes to watch after the drawing contest. Or turn on some music and just dance and boogie lol, she might thinks its fun too , if your able to dance, or have music to play, or since you ovbously have a computer, theirs plenty of sites for kids to play games as well. Does she like sports? My daughter loves basketball, not sure what the weather is like or where your from? in our town we have a basketball court all the kids can play at, take her their play one on one or perhaps might have one outside the home, if have a basket ball, Good Luck, hope this helps, of course here in MAINE, cold and icy and snowy, so not playing basketball now, lol,

She is so "BORED"? If she is so bored then take her to the movies or watch a home-made movie play a "BOARD" game like monopoly or something or try to have fun with her like do some interestiong game.
Notice how I spelled bored/board in two different ways.

10 year old girls have a lot of a imagination, and want to keep busy. They also can be real brats! Sometimes girls like playing with dolls, barbies, doll houses, something like that. Also, they like watching movies, and playing with electronic devices, like iPods, Playstation, Gamecube. Dress up might be an idea. Your her babysitter, you are being payed to enterain her...so keep her entertained no matter how stupid it might be. Maybing helping making cookies is fun!

you could watch a movie play board games or reading is always good I had the same problem with my cousins

Color, draw, play-doh... make cookies... play board games or card games, watch a movie, have a tea party, dress up in costumes, dance to music, read.

Is there a good movie on? Or can she go online? Maybe you could go to the mall? to the shopping center. Are there kids her age she could meet and you her and her newly found friend could go somewhere.

I can't believe someone suggested play-doh and dressup. She's ten, not two. You could go out to eat, she probably likes chinese food, maybe go to Boomers or something... see a movie or go to a skating rink. It really depends on her personality...you can ask her what she wants to do, but she'll probably just say "I dunno." because she doesn't know if you mean go draw a picture and stick it on the fridge or go to Paris....

let her play on your computer or get bored games and ask her parents if it is okay for her to go there it just a store with arts and crafts i don't think there will be anything wrong with it.

Does she have any homework? Help her with that............other suggestions would be to put in a movie............play a board game
