My mums partners nephew is the same age as me and we get along REALLY well and have made our emotions pretty clear to each other but i dont know if it would ruin my mums relationship because she is with a really nice guy but when im around my step cousin and we are alone we are practicaly on top of each other and always beins stupid about one thing or another when with family and he is always trying to impress me, AND IT WORKS. I'm 18 a senior in h.s. and I'm pregnant, about 5 months along and I'm showing considerably. Its not that big of a deal around my friends, family and boyfriend. However when I go out people stare at me, or they make rude comments (like s**t etc or tell me how i've ruined my life) ive even had religious organizations come up to me and tell me that im going to hell etc. People have also been rude to my mom, telling her she didn't raise me right. When i go out with my boyfriend (with and without his daughter) people are rude to me and to him, calling him a cradlerobber, pervert etc (hes 23) and people have even told him that he needs to get a vasectomy and stop popping out children that will only burden society. I don't get it, I live in a conservative southern town. However, i'm financially independent from my parents, i live on my own and my boyfriend and i and our families are all excited about this baby. What can i do and why do they make these comments?

Some of you people have already heard about my mom, but for those of you that haven't here it goes: (people that have you can still help read the end of the paragraph)

Ok my mom died when I was 8 I am now 14, but instead of the hurt going away it comes stronger. It seems like everything I do reminds me of my mom now. So tonight I am going to text my 18 year old friend (she's like a sister to me) and tell whats been going on and see what she says I should do. BUT I DON"T KNOW HOW TO START OR WHAT TO TELL HER.




I text her a little bit last night and asked her why I was feeling the way I was but thats all i said. What else should I tell her? Cuz asking her questions didn't really help me any.
