You have got to be joking? Put the electronics away and look at her with your eye balls. When she sees you're looking at her too much believe me, she will either slap you or stare back at you with googly eyes.

People go to jail for doing what you're asking. Where I come from that's called stalking.
Others may have a different name for it like: Perversion.
My advice: Stop what you are doing and think - use your brains and you'll realise that what you are asking is immoral.
If you can't think properly, seek help from a professional in the fields of psychology or psychiatry.
(Jeez, have people gone mad? Questions about underage sex and and other inappropriate sexual activities seem quite prevalent in this arena. Call me old fashioned, but its wrong and people should not be allowed to air their sick perversions online.)

forget the spying and just spend as much time with her as possible. those are the best memories one can have, and secondly if you do not spy on her, and just be nice to her, she might come again and again.
