coz it's a private thing, you don't want people to know as to be branded as someone loose or promiscuous or deviant. you don't have to feel guilty though, but maintain it as a private/sacred thing like sex coz it just is for the norm.

Masturbation is a sexual activity that is normal but it has only become to normality in the last 25 years. It was always thought, and spread by the churches that masturbation was a sin. It has been taught for centuries. So Society has taught us to refrain from masturbation for this reason. It is a hard to change thousands of years of religion galbulley **** from spreading.
It has just recently been documented by AMA and other medical origination's that masturbation is actually good for the body and a natural way to relieve tensions and in men very healthy for prevention of prostate cancer. So now the thought of masturbation is changing, slowly but surely.
You are feeling guilty because you have been taught not to masturbate and repress your sexual urges. You just have to understand where this all stems from, the religious factor and the Victorian ages. Old wives tales die hard in the world today.
So if you do masturbate please don't feel guilty. It is not a bad thing to do and everything is ok as long as it is done in moderation.
And as far as doing it in secret it is a sexual act and manners do enter in here. Having sex in public is not a good idea as there are still laws about open masturbate and or having sex public. So maybe not secret activity but a private one for sure

Because society dictates that it should be a secret and that guys do it and girls dont because girls are good and not sexual at all unless they dress like skanks and then are giving sex to every guy alive. This obviously isnt true but its the way society thinks

Masturbating is an abomination to our Creator. You feel guilty because your conscience tells you that it is not right. Besides, that's not how sex is designed. It is best that you wait until you get married and enjoy it with your partner.

really it is normal but we feel guilty cuz most girls wont admit to doin it..nobody likes to feel like the only one...when people think of masterbation people think its just somethin nasty boys do...its jus more accecptin 4 boy to do i guess
