well my brother always comes home and when he has been out with his friends and been drinkin (He Is 17) and i am 16 .... and he will come up to me and say do you want to have sex and i will tell him no of course and he will grab me up and take me to his room and rapes me and i try to get away but he holds me down so i can't ... and my dad is on his way back from new orleans (for business) and my stepmom is alseep and she won't believe me anyways and i have a 7 year old sister and she can't do anything ... and my brother said that he would hurt me if i told anybody possibly kill me and he has been very violent with me before... i am lost and i dont know what to do ... or where to go i just can't stop crying ... somebody please help me hurry !

Call the police now! They are the only ones who can help you. If what you say is true, they will arrest your brother and then they will run a couple of tests on you to prove that he raped you so that it will hold up in court. They may take you away from your home, but that's much better than what you're going through or being killed by your brother. Also, think about this: if you're brother is getting drunk and driving home or anywhere he could kill someone like yourself. Think about your friends you have at school. Then think about one of them not showing at class the next day because they were killed by your brother from his drunk driving. I'll be praying for you. Please notify the police.

seems hopeless at home, you need to seek help outside, as you are doing here. but here you get words. find some place to go. you don't need it to be friends or family. there are places where other women who have been abused help each other. 16 is tough but it can still happen. you should not be persecuted because of your brothers actions. if you go to the hospital and report a rape. your brother would be out as soon as your parents get him out. so you need to find shelter. look in the phone book or search the web for shelters in your area. there are people that want to help. but this is all I can do with the details given. I am sorry you have to endure this.

I just spent the last 15 minutes reading through the questions you have posted over the past 3 weeks.
I think you need to stop trying to get attention. 3 weeks ago, you were saying that you wanted to get pregnant, then you were pregnant, then you boyfriend broke up with you for sleeping with a guy a year ago and now your brother is raping you.
So... what gives? You for real or just want attention from anyone who'll give it to you?

I know this is going to sound like everything that they tell you in school but go to some one there. One of your teachers anybody, they are mandated reporters they have to help you. If you don't do it for yourself do it for you little sister. If you don't stop your brother from hurting you there is no saying that he won't hurt her too. I hope everything works out just be sure to get help because by not doning anything about it is not going to stop it.

ok this is a very serious matter u should definetley go to ur step mom and tell her whats going on!! and if u dont feel comfortabel with that go into a bathroom or anywhere with a lock and grab a phone and calll 911 and tell them the problem because this is a scary situation and u should leave it in the hands of a trusted adult.

you need to tell somebody call 911 if you don't stop its going to continue your brother is sick,,,,,,,,,,,,,, if any thing talk to dad sweety please,,,, this is not right don't let your brother get away with this I know you are scared but the best thing is to get out of there go to a police station.

Call the police. They will take you to a safe place, and a doctor can prove that you were telling the truth. If it is true, don't be a victim anymore. Help yourself! You can do it!!

oh!! my god i am so sorry. your brother is a very sick person and needs help.has he messed with your little sister?you need to call the police right now doin't wait.it doesn't matter if he's your brother and you doin't want him locked up, he needs help.help your self as well as your little sister. he will keep doing it as long as you let it go on.so how long has he been doing this to you?
