I'm just curious because of the difference in culture and beliefs. Even though they attend the same schools nowadays.

All over the world there are only one type of girls....(irrespective of the place...!) If a girl lived in america....would u call her by a different name other than the word "girl".....in the whole world there are only two genders.....that god made....its mankind who is making a plural of everything...! GOd created only two genders- Males and Females...!
