It's nothing that can be enforced without making the system horribly difficult to access for everyone. It's way too easy to lie when making your account.

yeah because some people put innapropriate questions and then little kids come and see them but theres really no way to put a restriction because the little kids will just lie about their age so yeahh..

Nope, if a parent wants this restricted then it's their job to monitor their child's computer use.

Yes because some ppl on here are posting nasty things and are quite mean and hateful. I personally wouldn't let my kids get on this site for that reason.

Yes and no. I think someone who is older and sincere can give you better advice then someone your own age just because of experience, and if someone has sincere advice they can offer i wouldn't want to block them out.
But then again there are alot of perverts out there.
