You're probably not using enough lube. Or he's ramming you too hard too soon. Or you need to change position.
Anal doesn't have to hurt! In fact it shouldn't hurt (except in a way that you can handle)! And it doesn't have to damage your butt either, in fact it can actually strengthen it.
