My husband wants to name our future son Jonah... and I like the name for a little boy... but I wonder if it sounds a little too weak for a grown man? What do you think of the name?

He wants to name him Jonah Frederick. He actually saw the name on here and loved it.

Any thoughts?

When did your baby/child with reflux outgrow it? My 7 month old was on Zantac, then switched to Prevacid. He has diarrhea and is sleepy all the time on it. He also stopped eating solids since he has been taking it (I suppose because its mixed with his food knows the strawberry taste) I am just curious when other reflux babies outgrew it, and how long he will have to go through this!

Seriously, it seems everything I read on it (besides being sick) is an exact description of what happens when I'm PMS-ing. (Tender breast, lower abdomen and back pain, tiredness...).

Anyway, I'm a few days late now, and I'm just not sure if I can deal with seeing another negative on a pregnancy test right now, so I'm wondering if there's anything else I might want to look out for before I dive into that emotional roller coaster again.

he was born at 32 weeks, because my liver was shutting down..i have hellp syndrome. But they moved my baby from nicu to nim and he got a IV burn while in Nim but the nurse who was suppose to be takin care of him was spending more time with the other 4 babies she had, and they were all (go home) babies, babies on their way home...mine still dont even know how to eat from a bottle or breast yet. she then made the comment that she thought it was a birth mark. the burn is so bad that they had a plastic surgeon come to see him. i took pictures....what else should i do??!! also the burn caused the other side of his head to swell up and retain fluid...which then caused his left eye to also swell and then it got infected and now its goopy and needs to be cleaned almost every hour....should I contact a lawyer about this? this nurse is at fault i would think..

My newborn consistently eats every hour during the day. At night, he's able to sleep 3 hours before crying for the next feeding. After he wakes up in the morning, he would eat every 2 hour at first. And after his first nap of the day, he would get hungry every hour. I'm still not sure if I'm comfort nursing him, but I always try the rest of the 5 s before nursing him. I check his diaper, I put him on the swing, I run the blowdryer. And he is usually sticking out his tongue like he is licking something before I nurse him. Also I try to put him down for naps (although not always successful) before he's been up for 2 hours to make sure he's not cranky from being overtired.

I know I have enough milk supply because he's gone from 7 lb 5 oz, to 10 lb in 5 weeks. I don't think he's having a growth spurt because he's been like this for a while. Is this normal? What else could be causing him to eat so often??

I'm having trouble finding cute unique names for my new baby. I'm 11 weeks pregnant and don't know if I'm having a boy or a girl. I'll give you 10 points - the one that hubby likes ;) He's difficult to please.

Our last name is KUPPUSAMY. So, a simplier first name would be best.

Can anyone please help me, my one year old son won't eat dinner when he gets home from Day Care, he only ever wants to nibble on little things, I make him tea and he just plays with it and then later he is hungry again and will only nibble again. Help any advice please.

There's this guy I know, his names Brad, and the other day, today I mean.. He asked me to marry him, I hardly knew him, and it was so weird!!! Our 3 year old daughter is deathly afraid of drains we dont know why or how we have never told her she will be sucked down one or anything like that. But due to her fear of drains potty training so far is going on in the living room which for now I dont mind but we will need her to use the toilet and being so afraid to go because it drains. We have touched the bathtub drain and sink drains in front of her empty, full, and while draining to show her its safe but she screams like she is going to die.

hey, my girlfriend has been showing some side effect of pregnancy she say shes always feeling hungry she said her stomach has gotten a little bigger shes always feeling tired and most of the time aggravated.. and i been trying to get her to take a test and today i bought her one but before she took it earlier in the day we sexual intercourse, then later this after noon she took the test and it came out negative.. well my question is can sexual intercourse before a pregnancy test, affect the result.

My daughter born October 17 has slept from 10pm-5:30 or 6am since she was 5 days old. Over the past 2 or 3 nights she has been increasingly fussy at night and during the day (she never ever fusses), shes drooling a ton, theres 2 small white spots on her lower gums in the middle and when I was feeling them she dropped her jaw and started smiling as I rubbed her gums like she was relieved. Is this possible??? What can I do to help her?
