-friend swears she hasn't been with her husband since last October
-has been taking birth control possibly missing a pill or two
-thought she had a period as late as this April
-two pregnancy tests said she wasn't pregnant, but the doctor says she is
-just felt kicking a few days ago

Something isn't adding up! Either she just got pregnant and is hiding something. Why?? I know of no reason for her to lie to ME about it...though maybe her husband she has been wanting to divorce. ....or there's something really out of the ordinary going on. Is it possible she is telling the truth? Could she really be almost full term and still THINK she had periods until April? Is it all a lie because she knows I'm religious and will give her a hard time if she was with someone else?

My son is 4 years old. He is VERY smart, but has a speech delay. He has been going to therapy for it. He also drools a lot for his age. Not as much as he used to but still a little bit. He is a fast learner and catches on very quickly... He talks a lot but to people who aren't used to him he isn't very intelegable. Does anyone know what causes this and are there any suggestions?

My daughter who will be starting school is going through a stage (I hope) of wanting to see her playmates "pee-pees" all male. and she has been kissing on the boys, exposing her breasts. She also has been seen masturbating by rubbing objects against her vagina. The doctor tells me 5 is the age sexual curiosity begins. Should I be concerned or ride it out?

I need an honest opinion. Since my first son was born 5 years ago my mother refused to take care of him since I could not afford to pay her enough. She does not work but makes extra money sometimes from home sewing. Even when my son was born I paid her to come and help me for the first two weeks after I got out of the hospital. I was finally able to convince her to take care of both of my kids since I finally can afford to pay her enough by working 12 hour shifts daily. The amount paid is a very good amount. My brother has two kids of his own, and he has had the same problem. My mom has refused to take care of his kids since he cannot afford to pay her enough. All of the sudden, I went to my mom's house yesterday and saw my brother’s daughter there. It appears my mother is now taking care of her daughter for free since either way she is getting paid to take care of mine. How long was it before you felt comfortable taking your child out in public without a pull-up or diaper? My daughter has had very few accidents in the last two weeks, maybe 3 or 4 and that includes nights and naps, but for some reason I still don't trust her to tell me in enough time when she has to go when we are out of the house. How much longer should I put her in pull-ups when we go out?

My daughter will be 3 in September and she has a couple different kinds of bikes and she refuses to use the peddles...she has one of those 3 wheeler plastic bikes that came with a rocker/handle (i could push her or she could rock the bike like a rocking horse) and she also has a miniture 2 wheel bike with training wheels (bike small enough for 1 and a half yr-3 or 4 yrs of age) the peddles are on the front wheel of both bikes. she puts her feet on the peddles and tries alittle but gives up and uses her feet to push herself on the bike. Everytime i try to help her, explain and show her how to use the peddles, she gets upset and says "NO...i do it myself" or "NO...dont want to" or "you do it" she seems kinda stiff legged on the bike when she puts her feet on the peddles, i try to show her that her has to use her feet and bend her knees when useing the peddles, but she just dont get my point yet! when do little ones learn how to use the peddles on the bikes? how can i teach her?

Watching my partner cut our son's umbilical cord was memorable, I'm really happy the midwife let him do it. I could have water and tea whenever I wanted, nobody tried to put me on my back, nobody shoved painkillers at me, and - best of all - I got to make a huge great big mess all over the bedroom floor which someone else cleaned up! :)

Hello, this may be strange but I need to know if anyone may be able to help. I have been experiencing all signs and symptoms of pregnancy but when I took a HPT the results were neg. I am irregular, I can spend 6mnths without seeing it, the last time I had it which was in june, It last the full six days however, the the 4days were very light. Because I took the hpt and came back negative, I do not know if i should see a doctor.The weirdest thing is that my belly was pretty petite (flat) recently it has been growing but not in a fatty way. Can someone give me some suggestions. (I do not believe that I am using the restroom more often nor do I feel like i am eating more) Could it be all in my head, even the change of my belly?
