Election after election I hear Republican candidates say they are pro-life.. And I talk to "christians" who say they'll only vote for a candidate who is pro-life..

But what have they done? They always talk about the issue and make it "mainstream". But I'm wondering why, after so many republican presidents... People still listen and continue to vote on it?

Should it even be an issue anymore?

Same goes for illegals and spending.. illegals still come and the debt rises anytime a republican gets onto the whitehouse..

Years ago, the Repub party stood for justice, honor, integrity, fiscal restraint, and accountability. Now, many seem to seek vigilante justice, fiscal ruin, and support the ends justifying any means.

If not for liberals, moderates, and independents, how much further down the sewer would the Bush admin have taken the nation?

If you make a statement about particularly sensitive group or person you are called ignorant. I don't think this is always true. Please respond.

China alone, right now, is producing as much green house gas as the entire US and only about 1/4 of it's population (about the size of the entire US population) has become "industrialized" but that will double over the next 10 years.

So now you will have a China producing double the amount of green house gas that the US current produces now & there will be absolutely no way to stop them?

So unless all you environmentalists can wipe China off the map there is NO WAY to stop Global warming so stop whinning about it.

I think the GOP race is far more interesting and also much harder to predict than the Democratic race.

Who will win the Republican nomination for President in '08?

I have never paid any attention to him before. But I caught his address on CSPAN today, and it sickened me. If he wants to ask for an investigation, then he should have done that, and then shut up about it. As I watched him go on, and on, and on, it was crazy. Thus, this is a totally serious question. Does he always whine like that? It was disgusting to sit there and watch him put my country down as he did. And to think, people actually had to elect such a tool. He reminds me of the creepy lawyers who do commercials and chase ambulances all day long. In my opinion his is not sincere in his "concern" over a coverup of some kind. However, his agenda is as clear as glass. What do you think?

no hate, just opinions. iraq ws a soverign nation just minding its own business and MEXICO is outwardly flipping the USA the middle finger and they have been for decades......it would seem out leadership was a real agenda...and they want mexico as a friend, without changing anything. these flimsy border fixes arent working, it will probably lead us into another fruitless war, since america cant fight a war without the world crying about.

This is not a question from a Democrat, nor one that is meant to insult your ideology. But I am honestly curious: this is a President who has manipulated facts (if not actually lied) concerning the war on terrorism, has raised executive privilege to a ridiculous degree, and has blithely ignored or threatened moderates in his own party (not to mention the Democrats).

So I ask you honestly: how far would Mr. Bush have to go before you uttered a single critical word?

Serious answers only, please.

Thanks.

A 5.9-magnitude earthquake struck off Bali on Friday, where it rocked a conference centre hosting more than 10,000 delegates for a key UN climate change summit.

The earthquake struck southwest of the Bali resort of Nusa Dua, where nations are meeting to craft a strategy to combat climate change, Indonesia's Meteorology and Geophysics Agency said.

What say you?
