" where can we buy goods" they still exist you just haveto look and take the time to read labels, buy over the internet. local stores that are still struggleing to keep there doors open, farmers markets. I buy a lot of food from the internet cheaper than in the store
www.naturalgrocers.com mostly organic and healthfood and even better quality than the big guys. I use the bulk section
and pretty much get 30lbs of food for $50 including shipping

Yes. Yes. And yes. Whenever there is a choice I will choose a product that is not made in China.

I am buying "Made in USA" whenever possible, and particularly avoiding products made in China when there is an option of something made elsewhere ... Honduras, Guatemala, Vietnam, Malaysia ... anywhere but China, if there's a choice. And, if there's no other option at the store I'm in at the moment, I will usually shop around to find something before finally giving my money to companies that are giving our industrial base and world economic influence to a Communist nation. Did you read the article a few weeks ago in Newsweek or Time, can't remember which, with quotes from young people in China? My heart broke for them. Not the factory workers -- the brainwashed communist consumers! They don't care that they have no voice, that the government 'owns' them, so long as they get their shiny toys. I hope we don't get that way too soon.

I wouldn't call it a boycott, exactly, but the " Made in China" lable makes me think twice before making a purchase. If I can buy a non-Chinese product instead, I will. There has just been too many cases of substandard products coming from there that I would prefer to buy something that I can trust. Though there are no guarantees on anything you buy from anywhere, the risks are much higher on Chinese products.

It's not as simple as toys, and dog food. China OWNS over 2 TRILLION dollars of our debt! If we don't buy their crap, they will call in our debt to be paid ,or sell the debt off. That will totally crash our economy! You can thank Ronnie Reagan, and the Bush Dynasty for getting us in hock to the rest of the world. If you are under 25,then you just don't know what got us in a bad spot. Even Alan Greenspan, has ALL his investments in Euros! We make NOTHING in America anymore, except a good cup of coffee!

If you boycott Chinese made products, Wal-Mart goes out of business. Wal-Mart has already run all the competition out of many smaller towns and cities. Unfortunately, we are used to LOW prices. Low prices require cheap labor. China has us by the balls...(we owe them a lot of money too....trillions of dollars I believe.)

Well soon I'm going to visit my pregnant sister whom lives in China. So nah, I won't.
Maybe a few things here and there. But for the most part it would be impossible to boycott all Chinese products.
It's unnecessary too.

I tried, unfortunately just recently I ordered a pair of custom made Nikes from their website, and I finally got it, and they were shipped from China, so now it looks like my boycott is officially over.

you'd be hurting many american companies who profit from China's cheap labor. it's almost impossible to not buy anything manufactured in China.
