China alone, right now, is producing as much green house gas as the entire US and only about 1/4 of it's population (about the size of the entire US population) has become "industrialized" but that will double over the next 10 years.

So now you will have a China producing double the amount of green house gas that the US current produces now & there will be absolutely no way to stop them?

So unless all you environmentalists can wipe China off the map there is NO WAY to stop Global warming so stop whinning about it.

Whining? It is a serious problem and we are advocating ways of slowing its progress. (By "we" I mean most intelligent people)
You are correct: there is no way to stop it. But we owe it to future generations to mitigate the damage that we are causing.

stop buying crap...use what you need and try to have a life which doesn't need every new gadget for happiness. Travel to far away places used to be considered once-in-a-life time events....people are generally very spoiled and think "things" make happiness. If it says "China" on it, don't buy it.

Drive less, use less, reuse things, don't put chemicals on your yard (why does grass have to be lush and oohh so green?)...But I think that the majority of of China will always be 3rd world...oil is getting expensive because it's a finite resource...if it's a finite resource, and if the whole of China becomes industrialized...expect a huge backward step for China....Hopefully, in the West, we will begin to use what we have to make a tactical retreat from wasteful consumerism and begin to make laws and live in a way that will allow for our grandchildren to survive.

The global warming hoax is based on real scientific principles, but being used by political charlatans to push a socialist agenda.

Here is one possible solution the liberal media doesn't want to publicize, because it could actually work: iron fertilization of the oceans. It is a natural process that helps plankton grow, and could very well take out much of the CO2 in the atmosphere over the period of a few years or decades.

The liberals don't WANT a solution, they just want hysteria to scare people into giving up their freedom and prosperity.

Easy, wait a few years until the environmentalist move on to their next " world ending crises". Think Rain forest, Ozone hole, Acid Rain and even 30 years ago lol " Global cooling"!

It has already stopped. It is winter so now it is cold.

Perhaps gore can make a movie about global cooling that he can show during the winter months.

If it truly is a monstrous epidemic, then it would be solved via methods that would NEVER come to fruition... such as everyone driving less, or driving hybrids.

To answer your question;

We must give up all forms of civilization, and give our wealth to the prophet Al Gore. Before the end of the world in 2012.
