Mr. Cameron appeared to be playing the populist card, with one of Michael Howard's 'dog whistle' issues - immigration - ('come to Darren, Tyson'), and of course his prose was given the usual acres of space in the Sun, Daily Mail, etc...but is it not true his party as a whole welcome what is happening - and thus realise it's necesary to plan for an increase in population.

How much more money do Democrats want to waste on them?

The U.S. alreadys spends billions upon billions of dollars on illegal immigrants.

And giving them handouts just encourages more to cross the border.

They were not interested in questioning what the candidates believed or said just interested in attacking Hillary and did she look flustered.
Obvious manipulation by the media.

...by what he said on last night's Jay Leno show ? I was never really an avid, well informed supporter of Paul's, but liked his ideas on Iraq and strict adherence to Constitutional ideals...

...but WoW. The guy wants to simply do away with ALOT of institutions of government. Dept Energy, Dept Education, the IRS etc etc...I think his ideas work fine for government on a small scale...but I just don't see how such a philosophy can be SUCCESSFULLY applied to governing the USA. It was an interesting interview.

I don't think so.

From watching the Republican debates, I get the feeling it's a competition over who's more likely to launch another war. It's all about bravado instead of actually thinking things through.

Like I said. There is nothing brave about sending other people's kids to war behind the safety of a desk.

Like if a Senator gets elected and does their job by sponsoring bills, etc, would you consider that an accomplishment?

Do you think that Senator should get an award for doing what they were elected to do?

Do you think that just doing your job is merit enough to qualify you for bigger things?

Israel is a very small country, less than half the size of San Bernardino County, California. Its Jewish population is approximately 3.5 million, just about the population of Iowa. Compare that to the 22 Arab states, armed to the teeth, and virtually all of them in a state of war with Israel. They have over 140 million inhabitants and a land area larger than that of the United States. From its founding, Israel had to fight every day for its very survival. Of course this has been no problem because the Arabs live in like 10 b.c.

Do Muslims needs more land? Look what they have done with the land they have? It's like a GIECO Caveman Commercial. Why not leave the only advanced society in the Middle East alone?

then they wonder why there is violence in the world. Forcing people to do things against their will CAUSES it.

Prison Break - a good show, right up until the part where they have to pin a party label on which is the corrupt party. the Republicans of course

24 - A great show from the early beginnings, began to lose me3/4 through the first season. Still, they managed to keep politics out for what, 3 or 4 seasons. After that, they couldn't resist painting the bad guys as the Republicans once again.

Countless other shows have gone this route. Some shows, like the West Wing, were never anything but Liberal propoganda machines. I don't even think all Democrats agreed with the positions held up as "the correct way to go" every time.

They best not follow suit with Lost and Heroes, I get enough liberal crap from the mainstream media.

Tying a person to a board, face up/head down inclined position, covering their face and pouring waves of water over their face.

Is that torture?

If you think it is and you only had minutes to find out information that would save hundreds if not thousands of lives, what would YOU do to get the information?

Sure enough, some lib called me a "NeoCon", without knowing a thing about my political beliefs.

I think this is more proof that they just react emotionally and have no idea what logic is.
