no the name is actually the united states corporaton of america. it was incorporated in 1933 as part of debt reconsolidation, as the country was bankrupted (by design). the fed gov is actually a corporation, that is why it keeps breaking constitituional law and no one does anything about it, as in a corporation it is the shareholders who determine what is punished what wrong is a wrong and right a right, and none of those in government there are shareholders of any significance.
