Before oil finishes completely_and someday it'll happen, since apparently scientists say there are more years left of potable, drinking water, than oil_, let's say that it becomes contaminated by an up till now unknown bacteria or the like; What would be the one unique thing humans would go to wars for? Especially the kinds we have now?

You fret over seeing a koran being burned on youtube? You probably applauded 911 too. Your probably affiliated with supremacists groups against the U.S. Government too. Go kiss osamas brass and dont count on using my copyrights to the disc, cd, dvd, mp3, 45rpm and smaller as well as manimation and punctuation here shortly. I will use my publishing rights very soon in a federal court and change how my works are being used and who uses them, count yourselves out! Its not discrimination either! How do you like that you terrorist sympathizers. Thank God for the Federal Government, i would hate being governed by idiots who praise terrorists and the like. As a matter of fact, the only authority that will be using my copyrights that control how all buy sell and trade will only be the Federal Government, the states will even be federalized. This way it will stop people like you and them islamic fanatics from trying to overthrow us with your sick ideologies and your sympathetic causes. F.U. !!!

What scares you most about each side?

The right scares me because it seems like they want the states to be like Iraq. Anything contridicting God would be strictly forbidden.

The left scare me because they want to give the government control of everything.

Can't we just give the South to the right, give California to the left, and the rest of us can figure this mess out without crazies freaking out everytime something changes?

The resolution recognized “the Islamic faith as one of the great religions of the world,” rejected “hatred, bigotry and violence directed against Muslims, both in the United States and worldwide” and “[commended] Muslims in the United States and across the globe who have privately and publicly rejected interpretations and movements of Islam that justify and encourage hatred, violence and terror.”

Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.) dismissed the resolution as political correctness gone too far.

“This resolution is an example of the degree to which political correctness has captured the political and media elite in this country,” Tancredo said. “I am not opposed to commending any religion for their faith. The problem is that any attempt to do so for Jews or Christians is immediately condemned as ‘breaching’ the non-existent line between church and state by the same elite.”

Turkey is upset that we are going to brand the mass killings of Armenians in 1915 as "genocide" at the hands of the Ottoman Turks. Would someone tell me why we are digging in the past, and angering Turkey in the process, if we hadn't already addressed the issue almost 100 years ago? Is our Congress that bored that they have no more important issues to address? I'm sure it has something to do with diplomacy, but really, over a hundred years ago?

I thought the GOP wants to cut taxes, welfare, and programs for the poor? Why then would they be pro-life? Not to say every abortion occurs in the lower class, but many do. Religion aside, how does their stance make any sense? Technically, it costs them more tax dollars to have that stance.

When a middle or lower class citizen errs, they get the book thrown at them and pay with incarceration and hefty fines, followed by the rest of their lives rigidly controlled by excessive probation officers. When a wealthy or really rich class citizen errs, they get off without incarceration and fines that don't touch their pocketbooks significantly, followed by little or no probation at all.

I don't need to provide any examples, it's all there in every newspaper that you see.
