The Republicans will probably come up with some new group of attackers to go after the Democratic candidate. It would be in line with the Republican history of personal attacks, smears and dirty tricks.

I don't know that they will say anything. I think that like most thinking Americans they will just shake their heads because this is what wants to represent us. Democrat or Republican, I think that we can find a panel of honest people to lead us, and I don't think that this is in any way the best we have. I think its just that we have made it such a thankless job that no one worth anything is willing to put themselves out there to be the target of the kind of abuse that is heaped on our elected officials.
I think that The Swift Boat Vets for truth is the first grassroots organization that has stood up to public opinion in order to right what they considered a wrong, and they should be commended for their courage instead of reviled. It is this kind of abuse that I am talking about. We shouldn't "kill the messenger". If you don't agree, that is your right. To attack them by distorting their name is childish.

The USA is the greatest force for good this world has ever known.
We have the mightiest, best equipped and trained military in history, and yet we use it only as a last resort and in protection of our freedom, only sparingly , and with restraint against those who would take it away.
Our military will crush all who oppose us, and in charity and benevolence, the US will systematically re-build their shattered countries and the survivors will be great full to the USA for generations to come.

Number one, the Swift Boat Veterans DID NOT LIE and there was absolutely NO DECEIT on their
part. This current crop of democrat candidates ARE NOT WORTH their time and effort!! None of the democrat candidates HAVE NEVER served in the US Military and therefore, there is no point in the VETERANS wasting their time with these nobodies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well it can't be their military service because none of the front runners have any.
I think Hillary calling a general a liar and Obama talking about the dead as wasted lives.
Is going to play well for the GOP.
As far as Edwards just let him speak and you don't have to do nothing but listen to him.

Chi Boy...news flash...none of their top contenders are veterans...nothing to Swift Boat here unless they claim Hillary served a 3 month tour of duty in Nam. Obama hates the military and Edwards is a draft dodger and Hillarys hate for the military is well known.
