Who cares if France, Germany, and a bunch of Islamic crazies hate us? Who are we trying to impress? Since when have we bent to the wills of other nations? I thought America was the nation of hubris, jingoism, and interventionism.
Using that as a reason to pull out of Iraq (or to argue that we shouldn't ever have entered) is lame. Whoever came up with it must have been grasping for some new excuse to bash the President.

NOTE on the Somali people - A LOT of them are living in Section 8 housing in MN. Moms with 5 - 6 kids (all different last names) NOT SPEAKING ENGLISH and being taken care of by YOUR tax dollars...THEY DO NOT WORK!

My daughter workED at one of these apartment complexes until she couldn't take it anymore. She said what was going on was against everything she ever believed in. HARD WORK AND EDUCATION. If the Somali people came in to look for an apartment and had no job (could not speak English) she was to help them fill out section 8 housing forms. This was a better apartment than my college graduate daughter could afford!!!!!!!!

durning the confrimation hearings the dems where slowing confrimations. so the repub. tried to pass the nuclear option.

(note:the nuclear option is not a new idea. the dems tried to passit once befor)

why didnt either side vote for the nuclear option when they where in the minority knowing that sooner or later they would be in power to take advantage of it?

chairity has always existed... but it simply has never even come close to filling the needs that are present among the poor...

that's why we have welfare...

would you really want to live in a nation were 1,000's of the the poor died daily and lived in squalor in shantytowns? There's plenty in Africa where they don't have welfare if you want to see an example of what "no welfare" looks like... they have charities in Africa, but the need is so large, it does little...

What can be done to stop the murder of us troops with Chinese weapons. China smiles with fists full of our dollars while Americans die from Chinese weapons, defective merchandise, and disgusting, poisonous food. What/who should we really be fighting?

I read often on this board comments like: "Why should I pay for healthcare for other people's children?" Or; "Poor people are poor because they are too stupid to earn a decent wage?" etc, etc, etc.
Comments like these go on and on. There has been a marked decline in empathy in the USA. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

What does the law say about this situation? Why am I carrying a loaded gun anyway, and what kind of message does this send to society and to my children? Does he definitely want to kill me,
or would he be content just to wound me? Should I call 9-1-1?
Why is this street so deserted? We need to raise taxes, have paint and weed day and make this happier, healthier street that would discourage such behavior.
