I guess they're conceding the issues.

since when have they cared about the issues?

all they could talk about for Kerry was the "swiftboat" stuff from 30 years ago... when their guy didn't even go...

and with Gore all they could say is that "Clinton was bad and he was his vice"...

they've made a whole party out of not talking about the issues really... they talk about immigration, abortion, terrorism and welfare... but they don't do anything about it, maybe invade the wrong country... but that's about it...

Politics is a game of trivial pursuits. If politicians actually Had to address the real issues facing this country, most of them would be speechless. Just once I'd like to see a political candidate intelligently discuss any of these issues:
a) The monopolistic stranglehold our corrupt two-party system has on American politics;
b) America's need for comprehensive health care for every American who cannot afford to buy insurance;
c) Campaign finance reform;
d) The elimination of all lobbyists;
e) Fixing our dismal public education programs;
f) Repairing our crumbling infrastructures

Politicians need to forget about 'emotional' issues that have no business being part of national politics: issues like flag-burning; abortion; right-to-die and gay marriage.
But they prey on those issues because they know it touches people's 'hot' buttons and there's nothing they can do about any of it anyway, except make a lot of noise.

Did you say receeding the issues? Oh wait I read that wrong. I don't care about Obama's name, I do care that he thinks he has the right to teach my son about sex at the age of 5. Please don't say that they will only teach him the importance of not letting anyone touch him. He's already learned that from his parents. I think Hillary will do a great job as President I mean heck the 3rd times a charm right? And John Edwards just plain scares me. It has nothing to do with his hair. Being a trial lawyer I am not surprised that Senator Edwards voted against Malpractice reform. If Senator Edwards has his way the government will be much larger and personal wealth much smaller. But hey if your a tax and spend liberal he's definitely your guy, and by the way I kind of like the hair.

I'm sure it will get more 'caddy' as Nov. approaches.

I'm a conservative and I admit that those things add absolutely nothing to the political debate. We bring them up simply because it's fun to watch you kids get your panties in a bunch.

You can count on them to hit Rush Limpballs's talking points every time.

We knew they were mentally challenged though. Either brain dead, without a conscience or both.

Thats pretty much all we need to know about those empty suits. There is nothing much of substance to them.

Is that what you spend all your time talking about? The petty differences between unamerican libs? Anytime youd like to take part in the TRUE issues, let us know.

Are the only things Democrats can bring up is Rudy wearing a dress in some skit, Mitt's religion, and Fred's acting?
