I know you cons are always complaining about liberals, so I was wondering what you thought we could do worse? In the last six years, we have been:

1: bogged down in someone's civil war
2. stretched our military so thin that we have to extend tours of duty
3. Ignored the will of the American people
4. Spied on innocent Americans illegaly without consent
5. destroyed every alliance we have

It seems to me that the Republican candidates should start dis-associating themselves publicly from the paranoid radio hosts and filth spewers that used to pass as "the moral majority".

I have a feeling that a close association with someone like Ann Coulter or Rush Limbaugh could really hurt someone in the '08 election.

Will you hesitate before giving a thumbs up to someone on here who agrees with you for all the wrong reasons?

When something is going well, they hop on and support it 100%. When something else is not going as planned, the liberals put blame on the right. This really shows weakness on the left. Liberals never have ideas to solve any problems, but have a lot of hateful comments.

A family who's existence was derived by Grandpa Joe, who was Irish mafia, a bootlegger / criminal. Joe bought the Presidency for JFK (who was no liberal- he was a capitalist and big time chauvinist, yet liberals identify with him because other Kennedys support socialism- TEDDY). The family is filled with drunks, druggies, bums and wannabe politicians who all represent socialism. Teddy was a DUI manslaughter'r, a druggie, drunk, womanizer BUT the only Kennedy successful at doing anything, you can't say Ted is not a powerful legislator, albeit socialist.

The media fawns over this family, who is the latter day Lindsey Lohans. Because 2 of them were murdered, the 2 have become martyrs. Both Jack and Robert betrayed the Italian mafia who had helped them so much, the media worships them and shoves them down the throat of the public, as if we all are not aware what a rotten, no-good group of elitist hedonists, the Kennedys really are (not counting Jackie or her kids, she kept them away).

There are calls by the South Koreans for the US to negotiate with the terrorists who have taken some South Korean Christian Aid workers as hostages.

Should we EVER negotiate with terrorists?

It is incorrect use of the site.

The asker is not looking for the answer to a question, or even promoting a free flow of ideas, they are simply parroting an insult.

Would you be more comfortable discussing politics without the thousands of direct insults disguised with a question mark at the end?

How on earth can Sen. Obama be criticized for saying he will never use nuclear weapons. Very few countries even HAVE nuclear weapons, and most that do - except the US - have a no-first-strike policy.

Shouldn't we be asking Sen. Clinton when she WOULD use nuclear weapons? To me, suggesting you would use nuclear weapons is a form of terrorism. Imagine if Iran had said such a thing - what would Hillary have said then?!

Now he wants to invade Pakistan without their permission? Who the **** does he think he is?

What a turn off. He makes the Republicans look very appealing right now. I think I've been too quick and harsh in judging George W. Bush.

Michael Savage had this to say on his July 30th broadcast

Savage asked, "Am I to believe there's no connection between Charles Schumer on Friday saying he would never appoint, or never, excuse me, approve another Bush appointment to the court, to any court? And then the chief justice suffers a so-called seizure two days later? You're telling me there's no possibility of a conspiracy by the Democrats to have caused this seizure in some manner?" He added: "Tell me it's not possible, and I'll tell you you're a liar."

If that's not freaking paranoid and delusional I don't know what is then

The 1970s are described as a period of stagflation, meaning economic stagnation coupled with price inflation, as well as higher interest rates.

Price inflation caused interest rates to rise to unprecedented levels (above 12% per year). The prime rate hit 21.5% in December 1980, the highest rate in U.S. history.

The economy suffered double-digit inflation, coupled with very high interest rates, oil shortages, high unemployment, and slow economic growth.

The Soviet invasion of Afghanistan marked the end of détente, and I did nothing.

From November 4, 1979 until January 20, 1981, a 444-day period, I sat with my thumb up my arss while 63 americans were held hostage in Iran.

Unlike, GWB, when I ran for re-election I lost 44 states and was completely humiliated in one of the worst landslides ever…..because I was the worst president in history!

My years since have been spent supporting the terrorists in Palestine and building dog houses!

My Name is Jimmy Carter!
