Could you give some examples? Please don't say the Iraq war, most liberals were against it from the start, including 107 members of the House and 23 Senators who voted against the Iraq War Resolution.

Often -- but not for the reasons your suggest.
Liberals support an idea when it looks good, but have no qualms about changing their mind when there are different facts -- they evaluate based on the currently available information, even if that leads to different conclusions than before. This is part of the liberal mindset that is open to change.
Conservatives tend to rely more strongly on their past decisions, and often show more reluctance to change their mind when new facts arise -- this is part of the conservative mindset that values consistency and respect for past decisions.

Isn't your statement a "hateful statement" to liberals???????
I think someone needs to look up the word "hypocrisy" in the dictionary.

Absolutely correct, they are spineless flip floppers who seek to take credit for the work of others.
For example take otos across's laughable answer to this question. Cons were Brit boot lickers????? The liberals of the day tried to stop Washington and the Revolution at every turn. They were called British sympathizers and were the peaceniks of the day. Doesn't get anymore liberal than that. The majority of our founding forefathers were Christian and conservative just like our fighting men and women of today.....

You have it exactly right. If anything goes wrong, it's blame somebody. If anything goes right it's take all the credit. Ever notice if libs win an election it's "THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE!" If cons win, it's we will have to build a concensus?
You have to remember that nothing is more important to a liberal than a liberal's own importance.
