Ok, I have an honest question to ask that's been bugging me & please let's try to keep this as civil as possible!
Clinton, wasn't scandle free, we had Whitewater & Monica, he lied yes, but no matter what ur personal take, it didnt affect what he was elected to do, that is to say, it was "personal", & had nothing to do w/his job. In fact history shows, he did a great job!
Now here comes "W", who rode in on the promise of a "moral" turnaround, less taxes, smaller gov't, out of foreign entaglements after our work was done, a "Conservative Compassion" was to sweep the country. I bought into it, as many others did! We needed to shake things up, we needed to send a message! Now we have an admin who has been proven over & over to lie almost weekly, on the war, Plame, Rove, Foley, Abramoff, Haliburton, etc But when u talk to Repubs they won't debate the facts & still act like what Clinton did was worse & don't hold Repubs accountable for any of this?
Why the double standard?

The Dems continually sell the line that Clinton was responsible for the economic success of the 1990's with no mention of the Republican Legislature that ACTUALLY caused it.

Why do people swallow this line from Democrat talking heads as "fact."

Are they just not educated enough? Or has it ben repeated so many times by the media that it has essentially become an oft repeated myth taken as self-evident truth?

Ok, So US elections are tomorrow. I see all the liberals running around with their attack ads and smear tactics. Here are my questions to all of you left wing liberals and USA hatters:

If you think the Bush administration is doing so badly in Iraq and in the rest of the world on terror control issues, Tell me what your plan is to fix it? Don't just bash Bush; give me a sound solution that will work.

The unemployment rate in this country is 4.4 %.... Basically that means that everyone that wants to work has a job. Why do you spew that everyone is suffering.

The economy is growing at a record pace and the stock market is at all time highs. Why do the liberals hate prosperous times?

We have not had an attack since that dreaded day on Sept 11. Wouldn’t you say that means our administration is doing its job?

I fear the Ted Kennedy's and John Kerry’s of the world. How do you think we would fare with them in charge?

Don’t just bash. Answer each question intelligently.

Social Security Reform

War in Iraq (most democrats are on the record saying they will not withdraw the troops or set a time line, so scratch this reason)

Taxes (increase tax on the rich? Please, do you think they are going to increase their own tax - Pelosi, Kennedy, Kerry, Edwards, Clinton are all worth millions that they are not keen to give up to the goverment in taxes, much less for their friends Oprah, Streisand, Bruce, etc)

Abortion

Gay Marriage (hmmmm, wasn't it Clinton that signed the Defense of Marriage Act?) And in every state where the item is put to the people for a vote, the ban passes

Cradle to the grave entitlements

Government Spending

Deficit (yeah, Democrats are going to cut spending, ok)

Fighting Islamofacists

Medicare Reform

School/Education Reform

Illegal Immigration Reform

As you can see, Democrats will be 0 for Everything when it comes to the issues. The only answer they have "Bush is evil" or "Bush is stupid".

quote from source>>>
National Security Decision Directive (NSDD) 139 of April 5, 1984, "Measures to Improve U.S. Posture and Readiness to Respond to Developments in the Iran-Iraq War," focusing again on increased access for U.S. military forces in the Persian Gulf and enhanced intelligence-gathering capabilities. The directive calls for "unambiguous" condemnation of chemical weapons use, without naming Iraq, but places "equal stress" on protecting Iraq from Iran's "ruthless and inhumane tactics." The directive orders preparation of "a plan of action designed to avert an Iraqi collapse."

I don't want to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but...two days before the 2004 election, a video of O.B.L. was unleashed. Now here we are, two days before a critical mid-term where it looks like the GOP could lose their grip on power, and all of a sudden we hear the Saddam verdict. Does the timing of all this strike anybody as suspicious?

Redskins have won before every major democratic victory in the last 40 years. And lost before every republican one, including Bush vs. Kerry.
