None. Most of them are being held with no charges, no ability to prove their innocence (or have their guilt proven), no trials, no visitors, no attorneys, nothing. The government has offered no factual proof (or even innuendo) for the vast majority of them showing that they are indeed "enemy combatants," and has no plans to do so. All in the name of "secrecy."

They are fighting us without uniform, which the Geneva Convention classifies as an unlawful enemy combatant, they are guilty of international war crimes
