I don't want to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but...two days before the 2004 election, a video of O.B.L. was unleashed. Now here we are, two days before a critical mid-term where it looks like the GOP could lose their grip on power, and all of a sudden we hear the Saddam verdict. Does the timing of all this strike anybody as suspicious?

Ya think lol? If anyone has the link to this information I'd appreciate having it, but I know that a few days back someone posted a link, which I did access, that showed the verdict was originally scheduled for sometime in October (19th I think), but was delayed to November per United States request. Republicans are freaking out because they're going to lose the House and King George will finally have some check and balances put on him. They're willing to trot out anything to try and buttress the vote their way. The trouble is that we've seen this act before.

Oh yeah... He wasn't convicted by the Iraqi people at all, was he? ROTFL!

Another B.S. conspiracy theory that shows libs' ignorance of the government and the world.
