Yes, I do. I recently watched a PBS special in which people across Europe spoke about their outlook on the U.S. The majority of them expressed contempt for GW, not the American people. A lot of them were confused how the American people could have voted him back in a second time though. Most of them were very specific about how they have nothing against Americans in general, just the current President and his policies. It was very enlightening to hear opinions from outside the US about how we are now being viewed.

As much as I dislike the Bush Administration I don't think the fault falls on them alone. We as a whole have to stop trying to make everyone fall under the same rules we live by. We can not make a Muslim country in to a Democracy...it just wont work. As far as trying to stop weapons manufacturing by other countries we need to think like they do...to secure peace is to prepare for war.

Through the years, even before Bush. Other countries hated America. He as well as the past and future presidents will just help elevate that hatred.

I hate to point out to you that we've been hated a lot longer then he has been President so the answer is no, it's not his fault. Although, I get a sneaking suspicion you would love it if that were true. I know YOU hate him.

Oh, I am certain there are tons of people who believe this. He added to this, but foolish people believe it started with him. It began long ago, way before Clinton and Bush.

Other countries don't hate us, they are JEALOUS !!!!!!
Maybe that leads to hate, but Bush should be proud of his accomplishments!!!
