I have neither heard a plan nor have I heard there are 200 plans. I hate the fact that all political races have become one character attack after the other to both parties discredit. I wish some of them would say what they would do, not how the other guy is a cheat/swindler/terrorist whatever...

I have seen the Republican handling of this war, and I can only say it is pitiful. There are no WMD's, no coalition to really speak of, its costing us hundreds of billions of dollars, not to mention the lives of too many young Americans, AND our good name in the world. Unacceptable. If you think there is no better way for us to conduct our affairs, you're blind. There is always a better way. I am willing and anxious to try another way, and yes, we do need a strategy for realistically getting out of Iraq in this century.

traditionally, with the exception of Nixon, the democrats have done better with foreign relations than the republicans... in other words people will stop hating the US quite as much.. other than that the main thing the Democrats have stated they will do is a responsible phased withdrawl of our troops to get them out of the region the most effectively we can while still maintaining some stability in the region.

Civilian, nice name, must mean you have never been in the service of your country. The best plan of action is to get out of Iraq and keep our boys and girls from getting killed, injured and maimed, that is a plan for all parties to have. And that comes from a Vietnam vet who sees the same thing happening in Iraq as did in Nam, lots of our people dying and we leave anyway, what a farce.

Would you be capable of reading and understanding it given what you've shown of your command of the English language?

Yes, indeed, indeed.

The arguments being made on either side are only valid if the candidates and the electorate are in fact literate and legitimately informed of the actual issues.

I posted a question on Y!A of Democrats requesting the plan of action for this country. I had few logical answers.

Most responded with the anti Bush sentiment.

It appears that the Democrats really do not have any solutions to the problems other than oust Bush and all Republicans. Makes me wonder.......what in the world will they have to do with no Bush and no Republicans around to spew their hate and slander at?

Afterall, they are only good at talking - it takes a Republican if you want action!

Oh, are there 200 ways to say, "Let's show the terrorists how yellow we are and cut and run. First, tell the N Y Times what ships; so they can blow them up. Can a newpaper by tried for treason?

the only thing I've heard them say is "we need out of Iraq." and "we need to talk to the terrorists and understand why they are upset. maybe we can use diplomatic measures to correct problems." sorry, i don't think talking to a MIDDLE-EASTERN ISLAMIC TERRORIST will solve anything. sure, go ahead and sit down at the table with him....would be the last meeting you ever had with anyone.

Go on Rep. Martin Meehan's site. His has been posted almost a year. If you don't look, you won't find it, and Bush does NOT want you to look.

Their plan is to do it differently!

If you need more information than that, if you actually want a detailed plan, then you must be one of those right-wing hate-mongers.

How dare you question the party of emotion!
