Social Security Reform
War in Iraq (most democrats are on the record saying they will not withdraw the troops or set a time line, so scratch this reason)
Taxes (increase tax on the rich? Please, do you think they are going to increase their own tax - Pelosi, Kennedy, Kerry, Edwards, Clinton are all worth millions that they are not keen to give up to the goverment in taxes, much less for their friends Oprah, Streisand, Bruce, etc)
Abortion
Gay Marriage (hmmmm, wasn't it Clinton that signed the Defense of Marriage Act?) And in every state where the item is put to the people for a vote, the ban passes
Cradle to the grave entitlements
Government Spending
Deficit (yeah, Democrats are going to cut spending, ok)
Fighting Islamofacists
Medicare Reform
School/Education Reform
Illegal Immigration Reform
As you can see, Democrats will be 0 for Everything when it comes to the issues. The only answer they have "Bush is evil" or "Bush is stupid".

Bingo!
All they have is "we're not Bush". Not much of a direction to run the most important country in the world, is it?

In a perfect world, and if all members of their parties followed the traditional platforms of their parties, I think you would be right that Republicans would do better on most of these issues. However, this is not always the case, e.g. Bush is a monster spender, for amnesty/work programs, has increased the deficit, wasn't too successful with his medicare program, etc. Also, you can't disagree with the fact that Bush often comes across as a baboon. Now, the lines have blurred between parties and you are really only going to find the right person if you are willing to break party-line and vote for the best individual. The best part about the Republican ideals is the idea that everyone should be individually accountible. We should all hold to that.

Actually, it has to do with foreplay. The Republicans just ram it in, and the democrats at least give us fore play. Remember the contract with America? Um, what happened to that, Republicans? You became the majority, remember? Where are the term limits? you ran on this, yet you ran for reelection. Remember how you were going to make abortion illegal, and over turn Roe v Wade? You did not pass any law, that lined up with the constitution, that would make abortion illegal, among the other promises you made. And what about the growth of government that always happens when Republicans are in the majority? Government actually got smaller under President Clinton, But at least President Bush did not have sex in the white house. Welfare and entitlement programs actually decreased during the Clinton administration, with welfare reform, and there were more limitations put on welfare recipients and how long they could stay on it. My income taxes went down during the Clinton administration, and the Clinton administration pushed Social Security reform, and got it. Clinton also pushed for tightening and restricting what the IRS can do to people, when they were audited or accused of tax evasion. The burden of truth was put onto the IRS, and not the person accused of tax evasion, something that the Reagan-Bush people never did. But, then again, at least 'w' didn't have sex in the white house.

Jon Stewart is hilarious. Obama is doing a great interest. human beings basically ought to attend. I choose Obama might have basically advised that one female that, yet of direction he's a flesh presser and he does no longer do something like that. The Democrats are doing wonderful, yet human beings basically ought to attend. The economic gadget won't get greater suitable in one day, or maybe interior the subsequent couple years. The restoration is progressing and could take a on an analogous time as.

The Republicans have had 12 years in power, it is definitely time for a change. They have screwed things up. How can you possibly excuse the sick perversions and hypocrisy of these people? One idea--when the Republicans wrote the medicare drug benefit for seniors they forbid the gvt. to bargain with drug companies for lower prices. That was a cost of an extra $500 BILLION. So lets repeal that part of the bill and let the gvt. bargain, just like the VA does, and recover that $500 billion, and lets apply at least some of it to paying off the trillion dollar debt Republican President Bush ran up to Communist China. Please, take off your Republican team jersey and put on your American team jersey. Thank you.

That is a relative question depending on one's point of view. I think the current Democrats will do a "better job", as you put it, on most or all of these issues, compared to the current Republicans
