Do you think these numbers may be inflated a bit? Or do you think that the people who say they want us gone are concerned that the insurgents may see how they answered the poll question? I am willing to bet 90% or more Iraqis do not want us to leave, they are just scared to say it, do you agree?

Nicolai Tesla invented a method of pulling free, wireless electricity from the ionosphere. You cell phone, car, house, whatever, could be powered wirelessly at virtually no overall cost. Edison International holds the patent, and refuses to let anyone use it...it would put them and the oil business out of business! Don't you think having unlimited, free, wireless energy would be preferable to waging wars over oil and paying extortionist prices, all while polluting the water that you drink, the air that you breathe, etc?

Nikolai Tesla had invented it in order to provide free electricity to the world, reduce poverty in third-world nations, etc. But Edison owned 51% of the stock in the patent, since he paid for the research.

Does this make sense?

With all the aggresive campaigning for the right to torture people by cheney, bush, rice and rummy, doesn't it just make you sick that every single one of these people said that they were "appalled" by the abuses at abu ghraib? Which pale in comparison to the abuses that that have occurred in Afghanistan?

This story was on ABC's Night/Line last night, 9/27/06. A construction
worker for Halliburton was driving down an Iraqi road with his
convoy, when they were attacked & shot at. The worker video
taped the whole incident.
6 months afterward, Halliburton told him to keep the story quiet &
fired him for "being injured on the job".
He said this is in the contract when you sign up to work for them.
Unbelievable? Looked real to me.

If you are too slow, can't afford or are unable to attain an education,-- a job, health insurance, if you somehow are not good enough are don't fit in, you are to crawl in a hole and die-- and your kids too, or better yet, they believe it's better to hand your children over if you don't have money.--That's right, hand the kids over and stop your sobbing.
Aren't they a lovely Christ-like crowd?

I think Colin Powell was the smartest and most intuitive of all members of the Bush administration. I liked his appointment, and was very sorry to see him leave his post after the first term. I did not think it boded well at the time, and the administration certainly seems to be less effective with him gone.
