Hear me out, this isn't as barmy as it sounds - nor is it asked to annoy or offend anyone.
Under the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (in the UK), the definition of terrorism has been expanded to include anyone who "damages property for religious, political or idealistic reasons".
If he was alive today, would that make his overturning of the moneylenders' stalls an act of terrorism? Remember he was peeved because of the insult they caused to his Father's house...

IF we can see the logic of a terrorism charge for the beardy sandal-wearing one, then what about the clause that forbids the "glorification of terrorism" in British law? Does that mean that if the law were to make any sense at all, sales of the New Testament should be outlawed by the State?

Thanks to Mark Thomas for pointing that one out...

...and should be called as such. To call yourself Britsh now makes about as much sense as someone from North Dakota calling themselves North Dakotions.

People from North Dakota live in the United States of America and are called Americans.

People from Britain live in the European Union and should be called Europeans. It makes sense.

So what do Europeans of the UK think about this?

I thought he was great and addressed all of his so-called "flip-flops" with ease.

I wish Romney would just come out and say, "look, you have to sell yourself and when I was running for governor of the most liberal state in America...I needed to embrace moderation."

If he didn't do that, no way he would have ever been elected. Anyway, he's got my vote, if he earns the nominee.

They can make our politicians sign their treaty.

They can flood our country with migrants looking for work.

They can tell us what shape our bananas should be and whether we can call our chocolate "chocolate" or not

They can free paedophiles and rapists who appeal to them on their "human rights"

They can mess up our country and take our livelihoods

but they can never take our . . . FREEDOM!

should we send Parliament the message not to Ratify the treaty of capitulation to Germany and the rest of the EUseless

What would happen to all of the money that has been taken from the elderly, up to the "boomers"? Is there some sort of reimbursement plan, or would there be total mayhem? Some of the elderly have no other income. And, how about all of the income tax, just for this year...total refund? I ask because I think it's all talk, no action!

So I suppose all of these winter storms we are having can be attributed to Global Warming? Wait... isn't it still fall? Well that's wierd so it MUST be Global Warming, right???

If you answer is, "this can't be evidence against global warming because it is just part of a natural weather cycle and not indicative of a climate change..." Then why are similar events like Hurricane Katrina and the drought in the southeast and the excessive rain in Europe this year all blamed on Global Warming?

It just seems too convenient that when something extreme happens, it's Global Warming, but when something normal happens it's "just part of a cycle, but really Global warming is happening...}"

Even in America in the year 2007 there are abundances of homeless people without food, in the cold, in the heat that have need of medical attention... If you could see to it that these people were taken care of, what is it that you would do to meet their needs? Naming all the major needs and providing all the care and training for them in so much as their immediate needs were met and there long term needs are met. As they say, give a man a fish and he will eat today. Teach a man to fish and he will never go hungry. Therefore, with this in mind, where do we go from here with abundances of homeless people in need to having a place for the homeless, with food, shelter and training for tomorrow. While this is a good medium to start and I look forward to hearing all of your responses, and will take all the action on my end, doing what I can to help, it will be helpful if a consensus is reached that you also become involved by contacting your mayor, state assemblyperson and congressperson

No-one wrote them a calligraphic invitation asking for their presence, at least prior t Tony Blair and the pink New Labour cultural genocidal project.

If I didn't like the way the Pakistanis treated me in Pakistan, or the way Saudis treated me it their homeland- what would give me the equivalent right (as granted to foreigners in the UK) to dare protest my (subjective) poor/inequatable treatment?
How would they react? Favourably or not?
Surely the often-trotted-out bigotted cosmopolitan bourgeoisie excuse of Britsh being more civilsed doesn't hold sway?

I'm sure (and justifiably so) these Saudis, Pakistanis or whomever wouldn't be too impressed at some loud-mouthed, jumped-up upstart foreigner demanding all special rights

Surely if the fire's too hot, leave the kitchen geniuses.

Correct or is my Blairion neuro-transmitter from the Ministry of Love failing?

Christianity simply trumps all others, in comparison.

Following short examples:
Our holidays (Easter, Christmas, Whitsunday, etc) are more fun, more artistic, have evoked/inspired far more cultural enrichment than any others' (St Matthews' Passion, Christmas Oratorio, A Christmas Carol, Marienplatz markets, among a multitude).

Western society- essentially Christendom and (via the most basic Christian-derived principles underpinning Western society regarding self-improvement, governance, finance, charity and education) has contributed far more to humanity than other culture combined- despite the few borrowed Eastern concepts- the West developed them far further and more effectively than they dared dream.

All major world charities are Christian derived or majority Christian evolved- including UNDP, UNESCO, UNWHO (just who originated the League of Nations?)
Christianity reformed internally of its own volition.

None of the G10 are Muslim, nor Hindu.

Why so reticent to acknowledge it?
