So I suppose all of these winter storms we are having can be attributed to Global Warming? Wait... isn't it still fall? Well that's wierd so it MUST be Global Warming, right???

If you answer is, "this can't be evidence against global warming because it is just part of a natural weather cycle and not indicative of a climate change..." Then why are similar events like Hurricane Katrina and the drought in the southeast and the excessive rain in Europe this year all blamed on Global Warming?

It just seems too convenient that when something extreme happens, it's Global Warming, but when something normal happens it's "just part of a cycle, but really Global warming is happening...}"

"Global Warming" being perpetuated by human activity is a hoax and an attempt to destroy capitalism. This conference in Bali recently proposed having a GLOBAL TAX for carbon emissions with the BRUNT of the TAX ON THE UNITED STATES TO DISTRIBUTE THE WEALTH to developing nations so that they can adapt to the HIGHER temperatures.
If the earth is warming it is a cycle it goes through. We are currently in a ICE AGE; there are glaciers at the poles! The earth will come out of this ice age with or without human help. WAKE UP PEOPLE!

Is this why Georgia and North Carolina are out of water? Or is it because the worlds crap is contaminating the oceans and they are dying-wait it's because the 5 million tons of AA batteries dumped into U.S soil that causes contamination of the water. Why are people so ignorant to see real facts and base it on a few weather problems. The earth can't substain with 4 billion too many people on it- look at Africa no water where will the Muslims move to? 70% of Africa are Muslims and the 250 million there need water to live where are they going?

Can we pollute our environment? Yes. Do we need to conserve our resources? Yes. Is global warming man made? No. The Earth has too many variables for anyone to say that man is the main cause of natural events. Most of the GW scare is to move the world toward socialism. Take from the rich and give to the poor. The problem with that is it discourages people from getting rich and rewards people for not doing for themselves. In the end everyone is in worse conditions. With the high cost of energy, capitalist are developing clean sources of energy, which creates more jobs and leads to cheaper and cleaner ways for all people to live in the future.

in case you go with to receive furnish money for climate analyze, do you think of which you will get a cheque in case you're saying," i choose the provision, as i think of that i will instruct that the figures that the present paradigm is predicated upon are incorrect" ? the great environmentalist, David Bellamy, has been silenced, and refused airtime. there continues to be no shown causative link between the quantity of Co2 interior the ambience, and an advance in international temperatures. The WWWF photos of the polar bears swimming have been taken interior the Arctic summer time; while the ice cap in part melts, as they could no longer upward thrust as much as image interior the winter. The ice develop into too thick! The East-Anglian uni analyze figures. "Oh! The figures do no longer tournament our expectancies. Weather and Climate are two different things....Your arguing one point with facts from a different entity
Edit: Princess-no one said the Hurricane was Bush's fault-his actions and leadership, or lack of it in helping his citizens who were in need was the main concern. I know people who are New Orleans Refugees, and live here in SC now. Bush did nothing fro days Even though he knew -and we saw it on tap the day before (how bad it was going to be) he said he couldn't get help in, but Harry Connick Jr and Wal-mart got trucks and aid in to people but our own Government couldn't?

Edit 2: it also kills me that People say this is a"Conspiracy to Promote Fear" but call the People who say Bush "War on Terror is a conspiracy to promote fear" are crazy people. You guys are all.hypocrites..
Here is th thing-No one can deny Global Warming at this point the data and facts are there-even Bush admits it is a fact-the point of contention is what is causing it. I believe there is a normal Pattern, but through our presence, our pollution and CO2, while increasing deforrestation which peduces O2 levels and Decreasing CO2 removal has sped up this cycle. Humans are supposed to be in synce with Planet earth and adapt and change with the enviornment, we are increasing the change so that we do not have adequate time to adapt-that is the real issue, how can we slow it down to its normal pace.

I completely agree with you. In my belief, global warming is a sham and only a the environmentalists way of scaring people into doing what they want.

I think it was said best by Michael Crichton in his book "State of Fear" where he mentioned, in summary: "Mankind does not know what normal weather patterns are to say this is due to humanity's actions or if it's just normal"

You should read that book, it's mind blowing! Especially since it's based on actual research.

Big Government enthusiasts have been allowed to politicize the weather - something that's guaranteed to change daily.

A question was asked yesterday by an earnestly concerned YA member, "What to do about the deniers?"

If it weren't so frightening, it would be funny.

global warming, or "climate change" is the politically correct term for environmental socialism, just like "hate-speech" is the politically correct term for having a right of center opinion...

imagine your'e on the beach and it's 65 degrees and, suddenly, without warning, it's 66 degrees...AAAAAARRRRRGGHHHH, CLIMATE CHANGE! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!...lol...what a bunch of chumps these idiot leftists are.

I agree. And, I am very surprised that someone has yet spouted, "It's George Bush's fault!" like they did with the hurricanes a few years ago.
