Not very understandable--but as to the Federal Reserve---it is a quasi-private monetary system established in 1913-----best reference is "The Creature from Jekyl Island" by Edwin Griffin

the federal reserve is a private bank that actually sells the united states its own currency. talk about a scam. when they talk of raising or lowering the interest rates, they are talking of how much to charge for the money they will sell us. crazy? its also illegal. in the constitution it plainly states ONLY congress can print and coin money. it is also interesting to know that before 1913, there was no inflation in this country. what cost a nickle in 1776, cost a nickle in 1860. then lincoln asked congress to print more money during the civil war to help pay for the war. there was a little inflation for this, but still very little. now when you look at what happened when the federal reserve came into being in 1913 until today you will see that the dollar in 1913 is only worth 3.5 cents today. so from now on, when you watch an old western movie when you see them spend a nickle it was worth an estimate $1.50 in today's money. the irs is also a scam done by the same people, the rothschild's. the US supreme court has ruled that our labor is our private property and cannot be taxed. so if you go to work for wages, either hourly or salary, it is suppose to be a an equal trade; your pay in equal exchange for your labor. if you read the 16th amendment, it states that we can be taxed on our profits or gains. when you exchange your labor for wages, there is no profit or gain, because you lose your labor but you gain in your wages. equal. for more information on both of these subjects, you can watch aaron russo's "freedom to fascism". in that documentary he sits down with the irs commissioner and asks for the law where it recquires americans to file with the irs. he couldn't come up with an answer and eventually got frustrated with aaron and asked him to leave. he also interviews presidential candidate ron paul on these subjects, since dr paul is the most honest man in washington. ( he gets that label from everyone in washington.) the irs and federal reserve are both unconstitutional. this is why ron paul wants to abolish both. since the irs only brings in 38% of federal income, dr paul simply wants to cut 38% of the budget and not replace the income taxes with anything, including the flat tax. he will cut the budget by getting rid of entire departments such as dept of education. sounds awful? well when you consider the average private school tuition in america from K-12 is $7500 per year and the federal government spends over $10,000 per child in the public school system and only gets half the education, it makes since. ron paul wants to send the education responsiblity where it belongs, back to the state levels and let the states tax and pay for their own education. much more accountability and the state level instead of the bureaucracy at the federal level. another way dr paul wants to cut the federal budget is to end the war in iraq that is costing tax payers 1.2 trillion dollars every 5 years. he also wants to close most of the 700 military bases in over 130 countries around the world and bring our military home to secure our borders. anybody that will actually listen to ron paul will realize he is the perfect candidate we have all been waiting for our entire lives. he has perfect voting record. if the bill is unconstitutional, he simply votes no, regardless of how good the bill may "feel" to pass it. just like when he voted no on giving rosa parks the congressional medal of honor. he voted no, but he then tried to get other congressman to match his $100 offer to pay for it out of his own pocket. no other congressman agreed and the bill passed 434-1. guess who the 1 was!! this is why they call him dr no. now imagine a man of this character actually having the veto power of all bills as president. pork bill spending and corruption would not exist. the reason corruption exists is because the pot in washington is so big, all the special interest groups want their hands on it. he wants to drastically cut the pot. actually he wants to cut the budget in half. and use the extra 12% difference from 50%-38% and put that extra money towards our 9 trillion dollar debt this government has accumulated. the man is a genius. he has raised more money than any other republican running for president this quarter. you can watch his money grow today at his website ronpaul2008.com. he has a runner showing how much money he is going to raise today alone. as of 8:00 this morning he has raised $1.7 million today. his supporters are trying to set a new record today with a goal of $10 million for today. this will break the record he raised on november 5th when he had 37,000 donors and raised 4.3 million dollars on that one day. go to his website and you can watch his money grow today. thanks for reading my answer for you. i know it is more than you were asking for, but just trying to give a little insight into what is happening in this country right now. there is a reason the media won't mention ron paul's name while he is running for president. now you know why.
