also... when were the rest of these passed?

Bush has given himself the power to rewrite all laws with signing statements.

and

When did he create illegal spying programs and then propose to legalize them?

if you could show me when or where these were passed I'd greatly appreciate it. And, if you could please, only links to credible sites. thank you.

You see, folks. We've already ben through a fuel crisis, and we went from big boat-like cars in the 60's, and early seventies, to gas eficient cars in the late 70's and early eighties. And then crept in the SUV. And it's popularity grew, and grew, until 911. Do you not see the cycle that the capitalists use to scare/sell 'new' products?

Looked like he was having some trouble there. Or maybe it was just that he didn't want to actually be a President, he'd rather read children's books.

Its true, that was part of the big plan so that they could destroy us from the inside, set up free trade, outsourcing, multinational corporations buy our politicians, middle class destroyed, freedom lost in crisis.

The truth is the largest corporations with the most to gain paid out $50 billion in lobbyist money to get the trade agreements we have now, It is known as the largest wine and dine ever for the passage of this legislation, recently a study came out and it concluded that US citizens living wages have not gone up since we did the trade agreements so you see it benefits a very select few and average Joe is suffering because of it and it may even cause a huge depression and lead to a total welfare state. Think about it, if people have lost good paying jobs with benefits like retirement and health care and we have switched to a service economy and they are bringing in the illegals to compete for the jobs, it won't be long until average people suffer and will need government help or some kind of help. Face it people it was a major mistake.

India and Pakistan were British colonies prior 1947. As they freed this part, a few political leaders for their selfish ambitions partitioned the country based on Jinnahs two nation theory. Partition led to looting killing of Hindus in West India now Pakistan. No where in the history of Humanity this has ever happened that People are killed because they follow particular religion, Governments join these people to kill, snatch properties cash jewellary etc from hindus India and Pakistan must not only apologise for killings of innocent on 15 th August 2007 but also pledge to return/compensate for the losses of the properties of Hindus consequent to Devision of nation based on religion during 1947

Lincoln freed the slaves that he was actually taking private property? Shouldn't the government have to reimburse the estates of slave owners? Shouldn't the government have to pay damages to all the civilian farms destroyed by Gen.s Sherman and Sheridan?

what cannot be answered. Instead of having many religions each trying in a different way to answer questions to which we will never know the answers (at least not in this life), why don't we just admit that we don't know. That, incidentally, is the one area where an intelligent atheist and an intelligent Christian could find common ground. Admit you don't know.
(And now will come the answers from people who will insist that they do know. Some people can't even be honest with themselves!)

was not allowing women to vote constitutional?

was segregation constitutional?

read your 9th amendment.

almost every remedy is a 9th amendment remedy. no one is expressing it thats all. all 9 categories that cannot be discriminated against in employment are abrogations of the promise of the 9th amendment. every time the united states does not follow the constitution its and abrogation of the 9th amendment. any country beginning in slavery is not following its own constitution.
