I feel that a C average at Yale is proof enough. But more seriously, look at the school districts in underprivileged areas and compare the rate of illiterate students and graduation rates. No child left behind is a joke.

Bush "shines" at incompetence. That's what he excels at.
No Child Left Behind is just one more of his many failures especially on the domestic front.
