Recent revelations illustrating the fact that the U.S. government is using a Sunni Al-Qaeda terrorist group formerly headed by the alleged mastermind of 9/11 to carry out bombings in Iran undermines the entire war on terror as a monumental hoax that is being exploited purely to realize a geopolitical agenda.

I was wondering....what if I return the summons with "moved, left no forwarding address" on the envelope? Do they actually check that stuff? Would I get into trouble?

Additionally...if I totally ignore the jury duty summons and say I never received it, will they actually prosecute me or fine me for not showing up? I live in a major metropolitan area of Northern California.

Are you telling me they couldn't sneak one suicide bomber to blow something up? Just think of the damage it could do to our economy if just a few bombs went off here and there.Nothing majority, but just enough to instill fear. Why haven't they done this?? Does it make 911 a little suspicious as far as what it allowed the Bush administration to do globally with the military?

Who you think has the best chance of winning?
Who you think is the best candidate available?
Voting against the worst candidate?

Please explain your rationale.

I have a viewpoint but I will not turn this question by telling you what it is. I really want to hear different voices on this. I think all are important.

He is a criminal and I refuse to fear him or respect him, I intend to request a court ordered stay away for him and others to show so.

Do you agree that the Minimum wage needs to be set with a cost of living increase set forth with it?

Government Jobs have it?

And do you agree/disagree that it is necessary due to the fact that Most, not all, companies pay the lowest wages they can get away with, instead of paying a person for length of service and skills learned in the job.

Also, Thought on Mandatory employee health insurence being offered by companies with over 25 employees.

I was watching MSNBC yesterday - which is very rare - and saw a commercial promoting an interview with Al Gore they were going to show later on in the day. Typical interview promotion - different camera angles and sound bites, and a breif list of his accomlishments - in which they actually credited him with PREDICTING Global Warming.

I don't care what your view is about global warming - that's not what this question is about. But what warrants a news outlet to make such a bizare and erroneous statement? Is it now commonly accepted that because Gore made a documentary that he predicted something that many claim has been going on for decades?? Did he predict Global Warming before or after he invented the internet??

Not many politicians want to address this, but it's easily the biggest problem in America. The abuse of this system is gross.

More kids, more money.
No father, more money.
Claim the kid is "special," more money.
Free formula.
Food stamps.

Folks, this system was designed to help people get off there feet. I think most people (originally) paid it back.

All this system does is recycle poverty, drugs and crime. There is NO REASON you can't make a great living in the United States Of America.....NO REASON.

How do we fix this? Why won't politicians address this?

One way.....start requiring a drug test before you get the check.

I agree that Reagan's policy of arms escalation was crucial to bringing about the demise of the Soviet Union. However, Reagan always promised that the short-term cost of a military build-up would yield substantially more long-term savings as a "peace dividend." Whatever happened to it? I agree that we have enemies now, but confronting them shouldn't be as costly as confronting an enormous foe such as the Soviet Union.
