I know that some counties and cities will let you search their court records for free. It takes some doing to find them. Also, the same goes for property records and sometimes voter registration. It depends on the city/county/state though.

I have done some searching and have found none. Whitepages.com will search for a person but you get no information really for free. Court records are pay only (the ones I have seen) saying they have to pay someone to put this into a computer so they have to be paid For the ones that do charge, seem to tell you little but want more money. lol I think you can go to the court house and get the information for free--from what I understand.
Good luck

YOU CAN GO INTO PROBATE COURT RECORDS IN THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT, IF THEY ALLOW INTERNET ACCESS AND YOU KNOW WHAT COUNTY TO LOOK FOR. YOU CAN FIND TAX RECORDS, MARRIAGE LICENSES, ETC.
YOU CAN ALSO USE "DAPLUS.US" TO TRY AND FIND PEOPLE. YOU WOULD HAVE TO KNOW WHAT STATE THEY LIVE IN. YOU CAN LEAVE THE CITY BLANK AND JUST SEARCH THE STATE--REALLY A GOOD SITE. HAVE FOUND LITERALLY HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE FOR REUNIONS, ETC. HOPE THIS HELPS
