Then complain in private about the high taxes, extremely long wait periods at the emergency room for serious injuries, massive amounts of red tape, and lack of choices when it comes to their health care? What is the real story about this program and why are these people so obsessed with America's health care system? If they are in medical paradise, why worry about what the US is doing?

I always hear democrats and Europeans say that americans are stupid, the soldiers in our military are stupid, and that if someone votes a certain way, or lives in a certain state, then they are stupid. Why do democrats mock their own country so much, and is this causing an increase in anti-americanism in europe?

I went to the "Chickenhawk" website-and I was appalled at the lack of service by our leading Republican Politicians -conservative talk show host etc. I know this is just a generalization-some Repubs served honorably-and I know the Clinton issue will always be a diversion for the neo-cons-but I think it is the" little fat kid nerd theory"-guys like Limbaugh-Cheney were the little wealthy fat kids who were picked on-when they got older and became empowered they became aggressive -look at the website your self-the Dems as a whole served there country (Military) more often than the Repub.

ok, so my question is - did the authorities order the demolition of the WTC? Before people jump down my throat let me explain why Im asking - I dont think 9/11 was an inside job, or the work of GWB or dr evil or whatever. The footage of planes flying into the towers is undeniable, its stupid to argue that it was anything other than an act of terrorism.

But, the buildings collapsed vertically. Although Im no engineer I find it a bit weird that they would do this when hit from one side only. Is it possible that in order to prevent further loss of life that the towers were demolished in a controlled fashion? I think the horror of 9/11 could only be compounded if the WTC towers had collapsed onto other buildings.

Its a controversial question, Im not trying to offend anybody I just want to see what people think - could such an act be justified? Please please please dont fill the answer section with rants

I want to start a grassroots movement to save the arts in New York.Especially at risk are live musicians , with the new sound rulings no one can play safely without the chance of the owner getting shut down and fined.I am not talking about Thrash bands, I am talking about 1 guitarist! Also at risk are dancers. They are beginning to fine the owners by a 1926 law that prohibits DANCING! New York is my hometown.I was born here. It is becoming so PC and personally and for the sake of artist's everywhere-how can I organize this movement?

currently US President George W Bush has submitted a $2.9 trillion budget to Congress including almost $700bn in new military spending. He predicted a deficit in the year to October 1 2007 of $244bn. Seems like a quick subtraction... 244 B out of the Iraq thing might actually stop the deficit an maybe we could start paying on the 10 trillion we owe.

I'm fairly certain that Madame President is correct for a female Head of State. I am confused as to the correct address of her spouse. What will we call the former President of the United States? How would we refer to him if he hadn't been President? A wife is First Lady, is the husband of a female President First Gentleman? I'm confused. Does anyone, really know?

If George W Bush is so criticezed, it's probably that he was elected again through corruption, isn't it?.Here in Brazil, although there is very corruption unfortunatelity, it's pratically impossible to happen it during the elections! because since 2000 we use a type of eletronic ballot box. It's easier to vote and more security the poll. For more information enter in: beirut.indymedia.org/ar/2006/10/5741.shtml - 15k
