You can call the Social Security board...I am sure they have a fraud division to handle the case. If you have information as to where they work you may want to have that on hand.

Mind your own business, if you get involved, it can hurt your friendship, besides, what comes around goes around, in time this person will be caught,, and probably get fired, hey, another job opening for someone who really needs a job and does not try to cheat.

Yes, mind your business. The people that do this sort of thing really have nothing and will never have nothing. It is their mentality and you can't change that. The amount of money we pay out to these type is nothing compared to the money we pay the wealthy corporations and retired congressmen.
