WHY? Did he make available contraceptions cheaper? Uh... how about the abortions rates? HOW about Family Planning? How about Sex Education? How about more advertised warnings against unprotected sex? Duhhhhh......!

Why are conservative so sexually repressed? If you think George Bush is on the minds on teens in the back seats then you are delusional. Teens just need good information to make good choices... just don't tell em: GOD said so.

You must be kidding. His conservative values only applies to keeping money and oil wells to himself and his cronies.
He could care less about teen pregnancies and I doubt any one of them would be influenced by a person that did cocaine and is an alcoholic.

I think its just increased abortion. There have been no changes in abotion in like decades!!! Bush failed to prevent all the abortions that occured during his presidency I hope he sleeps well at night.
