We are suffering racist attacks every day. i never kept a slave or invaded a country or killed anyone. Those that did, many years ago, were mostly forced to do so by the ruling classes of the time. My ancestors were in indentured slavery, like most of the prolitariate. To refuse to fight meant death. I never go on at the Romans or the Vikings, and nobody is allowed to go on at the Germans. Is anyone else peed of with accussations from antiquity. Mankind has moved on, some of them, not all. We are socially evolving every year. Why is it that the British are not praised for ending slavery, Arabs are still trading in human flesh, as are many others. Present day whites have no control over what happened 200 years ago, and certanly no responsibilty. Does any one ever praise Europe for their efforts in feeding Africans? I for one have no guilt, I have helped developing nations all my life, yet still i am reminded by some of the cruelty of my nation, Britan. Is it time to shout back? INNOCENT

If you believe anything you are told by Israel, shame on you.
Whether or not I'm right, I guess time will tell.

Talk show host seem to be labeling liberals today as an anti-American group no better than the fanatic terroists killing innocent people around the world. I have core liberal beliefs: education for all, individual rights, care for the young and elderly, etc. These core liberal beliefs do not extend to terrorists. These people who are killing the innocent need to be eliminated by whatever means possible. I don't believe the current administration and the current leadership on both side of the aisle are effectively dealing with the problem. Just because a Democrat comes up with some idiotic notion on how to handle terrorism, it doesn't make it a liberal viewpoint. There are just as many idiotic Republican thoughts on the matter. Terrorism is a common cause and needs eradication. We need to bring the best solution to the surface. Can this liberal/conservative debate be put on the back burner? How about one voice on this issues America?

Seems to me that a high gas price would cause a reduction in consumption and hence lead to lower world crude prices while helping to reduce our huge deficit. See anything wrong with my reasoning?

I have always beleived he was the wrong person to lead anything, starting with his FAILED run for the Office of US President in 1992, and according to this he is a hypocrit and a liar to go along with his standing as a political loser.

On October 3, 2001, I.A.P. News reported that according to Israel Radio (in Hebrew) Kol Yisrael an acrimonious argument erupted during the Israeli cabinet weekly session last week between Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and his foreign Minister Shimon Peres. Peres warned Sharon that refusing to heed incessant American requests for a cease-fire with the Palestinians would endanger Israeli interests and "turn the US against us. "Sharon reportedly yelled at Peres, saying "don't worry about American pressure, we the Jewish people control America.

I am so tired of hearing how Israel stole the land they own. Israel owned the land thousands of years before the muslims took it from them. Then when the Jews took it back the muslims got angry. It just took them a very long time to get it back. And dont say that they stole it thousands of years ago, because the jews slaughtered the entire population of all the countries that they took the land from. No survivors left to claim the land from the Jews. God prommised that land to them and he delivered it. So all you muslims and lovers there of, just shut up.

Will it be Israel? After all they are the ones who did it.
Will it be the ones who told the Israelis to go ahead and gave them their blessing?
Will it be the ones who gave the Israelis all this weapons in the first place?
Or will it be the rest of the world who watched it in the news and did nothing, like you and I?

Excerpt below from an article by Tanveer Ahmed, a Bangladeshi psychiatrist living in Sydney:

The 20th century saw the demise of communism, despite its attraction to millions of people who felt poor or downtrodden. It was exposed as a totalitarian system that stifled the aspirations of man. But its stain is spreading within the casing of Islamic fundamentalism. This does not seem obvious, especially considering Osama bin Laden himself was instrumental in defeating the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan more than two decades ago. And the Iranian revolution of 1979 was in part a reaction to the perceived godlessness of communism knocking at its doorstep. This was mimicked to a lesser degree throughout the Middle East, from Egypt to Jordan.

But the old Marxists are extending their influence in many of the Islamic political parties that are rapidly rising in popularity, in response to inept, auto

Hey - I'm "upset" that members of your "so-called" PEACEFUL religion want to bomb the hell out of us!

Yeah - I'm mad too. Where's the Associated Press to cover MY anger.

Does Islam go far enough in distancing themselves from the terrorists? I say NO.

'You can be fined or imprisoned if you don't attend'. Go away and leave me alone. 'You are excused jury service'. Do I have the right to be left alone?
