Who will pay for the re-building in Lebanon.?

Will it be Israel? After all they are the ones who did it.
Will it be the ones who told the Israelis to go ahead and gave them their blessing?
Will it be the ones who gave the Israelis all this weapons in the first place?
Or will it be the rest of the world who watched it in the news and did nothing,like you and I?

Yes,You are reaching the world audience and I am sorry not to get involve because,I do not have a gut to speak out and I am guilty as charge and believe me everyone told me that it will fight for a couple week that all.I was shock hearing the news that it was 34 days.Now my heart and soul sunk and not just Lebanon I feel for Iraq as well as Afghanistan also.By the way I did not add Africa and her civil as well as Aids.In addition,Global warming was really keep me busy so I totally forgot about other current events.Well I heart the Hezbollah will help build the ruin,we the American already have no money because,we lost job and the outsourcing.We the Middle class get hit by paying taxes to subsidize the faulty rich 2% who owns more than 70% of wealth in the United States.

As others have already said, the U.S. will probably pay millions of $'s as we always do. Unbelievable - has the facts wrong however with respect to who started this war. Israel did not start this Iran and Syria did. They provide weapons to the Hasbela terrorists and even troops from the Iranian guard. Israel was attacked, what do you want them to do? I suspect nothing like Spain did and just go hide their heads in the sand. I wish people would get the true facts correct!!!! My desire would be to let the IDF really go and bust their butts------

maybe it will be the government of Lebanon which contains Hezbollah. Or the citizens of Lebanon who allow Hezbollah to hide in their homes. Maybe the UN will pay for the damage for not enforcing the UN Resolution 1559, to keep attacks from Lebanon from crossing into Israel.

Funny how every nut job with a hate for Western Civilization blames the US when another country uses weapons in a war. But if a Muslim "extremist" commits an act of terror it is never the fault of Islam. Even though it clearly calls for violence, spreads virulent anti-Semitism, and condones the videotaped beheading of civilian hostages.

I believe the U.S. is paying about 50 Million Dollars. Hezbollah is paying some which is fine with me. More townhouses=less rockets fired at Israel!! Besides if they hadn't started this foolishness in the first place it wouldn't have been necessary. I hope the Lebanese smarten up and get all their lunatic fringe players under control. Then maybe other countries wouldn't feel the need to go in and smack them around!!

Hezbollah should pay every dime. if they spent so many years preparing for war, they should have also saved so much money to reconstruct the damages of war.

your opinion already show a bias, for this reason, it stand discreditted to me.there were massive distructions in Israel too. those that told hezbollah to start the war, should show that they really meant well (?) for lebanon by now paying to recontruct that land, pay for all the lives the made the lebanese to lose and pay for loses to businesses.

Israel or America is not obliged either by law or acts of compassion to pay for any damage caused to that land. who paid for the twin towers? who paid for all the lives lost? in war, you lick your own wounds. thats why more sensible and peace inclined people do not go to war or cause others to.

I hope it get rebuilt by the ones responsible for the problems. That would be Iran who sponsors Hezbolla. That would also be Syriah who resupplies Hezbolla. And last but not least that would be Hezbolla itself. They are terrorists and are not subject to any national government. They are running around with their own army inside another country (Lebenon). Let Hezbolla and all other terrorists and any country that sponsors or gives refuge to terrorists look at Lebanon and learn what your country could look like. America is a giving nation but the time has come to remove any terrorist threat. In the words of a great American, "Either you are with us or you are against us. Hezbollah should pay for all of it.they are the one`s who started the war. and Lebanon deserve`s what has happened to them because they are the one`s that let the cold blooded killers like Hezbollah stay in there country and hide them .but it will most likely be the U.S. tax payer that pay`s for it.so bush can say he is one of the good guy`s.

I imagine that Hezbollah will pay for a healthy chunk via Iranian money. The Lebanese gov't via taxes and UN loans. The Islamic churches as usual. There that should about pay for it all.
