i would definetley (spell check) be afraid of the future. who knows what our future presidents are going to be like. what if all this crap in the mid-east didn't stop? i would never get to go there. that's my hometown! what about laws? what if the laws were to bend a little? then we'd have more crimes and crooks! and then God would get mad because of what we're doing and He will create a big disaster like an earthquake or tsunami. doesn't all that sound scary!?!?! tell me what you think.

Repugliscums call these men having FAMILY VALUES?

Sen. John McCain (affair, divorce), former House Speaker Newt Gingrich (affair, divorce, affair, divorce), and former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani (divorce, affair, nasty divorce). Together, they form the most maritally challenged crop of presidential hopefuls in American political history.

Are the Republicans running on hypocrisy....
AGAIN?

I can understand small restaurants and coffee shops only paying their staff say £5.20 an hour because thay need to survive but these supermarkets and other large companies earning 100's of millions should be forced to pay their staff better i think!

I am asking this question because today Israel bombed a village at 1AM, killing 50 people, most of them children.

A UN observer said on BBC Word Service: These were deliberately targeted. Hizbollah rockets are on trucks and fired from fields, not from buildings. The pattern is the same every day. Hizbollah come, fire their rockets and go away. Two hours later israeli planes come and destroy the nearest village.

I am watching filled with digust for Bush and Blair, full acccomplices to this genocide in Lebanon (only 3 1/2 million people), refusing to call for a cease fire and making excuses, offensive to any one's intelligence. Muslims are human beings also.

Are you doing anything to stop this wholesale butchery?
Even a question or answer on these pages will help.

What is purpose of royalty. Kings and Queens and all that jazz. What makes them so special other than living off the fat of the land, and enjoying tax payers money. What is it really all about. Its a system that has breed prejudice based on class and culture, thats all it. At the end of the day, royals are magget food like the rest of us.

we do notice what happens to civilians when suicide bombers kill israelis. we do see both sides. duh. Right now, there are 34 dead children in Lebanon. Instead of using MY question as a way of getting eyes to look at poor israel and all the suffering it has had, please address how we can put our own pressures on our leaders to withdraw support. How do you feel that those rocktes being lobbed into lebanon might have the letters "USA" on them? ANd please dont take that as literal, its just a metaphor. Do you think the alliance between israel and us is a marriage made in hell, officiated by none other than satan himself? again metaphor, but pretty close? I want to see you americans thinkgin SOLUTIONS. Yay israel and yee haw arent solutions. How do we assist the process, or is it useless?

Everything the govorment tells you is a lie!
If they have nothing to hide then why are they so afraid to answer a few questions? Nothing the govorment says is even remotley true unless it helps them for you to know it. They tell us what they want us to hear and what they think we need to know. I say we kill every single member of the goverment and start over from scratch.................. I want you to tell me your opinion on what i just said

they're not to ask any difficult questions, or say anything that might embarrass a politician, at politicians speeches? This agreement is called a loyalty waiver.

Shouldn't this behavior be reserved for oppressive regimes, rather than free and democratic ones?

still a basket case( it does not even have a central banking system and the Taliban are coming back), Iraq seems to be slouching towards civil war, and a much more worrisome conflagration is occurring in Lebanon and Northern Israel.

This mornings yahoo news makes it clearer ever day. Israel is given a free pass to murder children and Condi Rice merely says "its a difficult thing" NO call fo immediate cease fire? People PLEASE cant we do something? This is not israel defending itself! Anyone who still thinks that is caught in the manipulation. who, out ther, like me (either in the last few weeks or even years)started out believing that israel was justified, but after really looking into the facts saw hypocricy and unjustified violence to a shocking degree? What are your ideas for pushing our leaders into demanding a cease fire? not that it would work, but we still need to act like thinking americans with solutions! what can we do?

A midwestern state recently sold the state turnpike to Communist China to get some needed money. Do you think public assets like the TVA or your water supply, or highways you drive on, or state colleges and universities, or national parks like Yosemite or Yellowstone or the Grand Canyon, should be sold to Communist China or other investors to pay off the national debt? Or would it make more sense to raise taxes on billionaires, or end the war? Sincere answers, please.

Israeli missiles hit several buildings in a southern Lebanon village as people slept Sunday, killing at least 56, most of them children, in the deadliest attack in 19 days of fighting.
Today the toll has risen to 600 mostly civilians and children.
Olmert says he feels sorrow but he also says he;s still going to carry his attacks on Lebanon. Moreover they say they warned the people of this village to move out .. but how can they move out if Israel has struck all the bridges and roads out of the village plus the gas stations. and when they decide to leave there cars are bombed although they carry white flags showing no harm. Makes any sense ?
