Is the United States eager to waste millions of dollars for nothing?
I don't think It's necessary to travel to space, It's just a waste of time and money.

Hey, I'm from the US and it's stupid that many ppl from the US call themselves American and don't even think of all the other American countries...
I would be so pissed if I was from Mexico and I heard Americans say they're American as though I wasn't too..
Why don't we call ourselves Usanian? What's so hard about that?

This question was posted awhile ago. The lack of answers is a damning indictment of American hypocrisy.

Are those Americans who supported the IRA proud of their actions? Were they aware that the monies sent were used to build bombs that killed civillians? Did your opinion change after terrorist attacks in the US.

Before you answer - I know there were crimes committed by both sides in this conflict. The question is about a change of perception once your country becomes the victim.

Here's my opinion. If you finacially supported the IRA you should be extradited and prosecuted to the full extent of the law in the UK. A bit harsh you may think. Remember you did facilitate murder. This is a crime in your country too - you only have to look in your own backyard to see those detained on the same grounds - without a trial.

Terrorists are terrorists no matter what their religion, race or political ideology.

Your thoughts please.

I told my sister that if she wanted to know if her husband was turning into George Bush here is a tell tale sign

He occupies your childs elementary school by force, fires everyone, and then brings in Halliburton to run the cafateria.

You know you might be turning into slick Dick Cheney when you bring a shotgun to bed and yell "PULL! PULL!"

Should the Gov't tell you if you can marry or not? Should the gov't tell you if you can have a baby or not?

Gay men can't marry, and many want to make abortion illegal.

Isn't that government control in our lovelife?

When I search these terms I keep getting Mexicans driving in America or American tourists in Mexico. I don't want either. I want to know if there's a Mexican equivalent of DMV. What are the driving laws in Mexico for Mexicans? Are they enforced? Is insurance required of their drivers? Are there online sources to answer this question?

With nutcase conservatives admitting their gonna lose alot election time (the one's who aren't indicted on corruption charges) is this the sign that America has had enough?

With Bush and Cheney setting low approval rating records, is this the first sign America has has enough of the nutcases?

Because that's ALL you Bush supporters do. If Bush lied, flip-flopped, attacked a nation that is less of a threat to a nuclear attack and to democracy than North Korea, condones the same methodical/ritualistic torture in found in various prison camps, gives taxs incentives to coporations that oursource, ANYTHING!--Bush supporters ALWAYS points the finger towards Clinton! Get a life!!! Can't you let this President be accountable for his own actions, instead at constanly pointing the finger towards a past President??? I don't CARE if Nixon was bad, Carter was bad, or if Clinton was bad--LET'S FOCUS ON THE CURRENT PRESIDENT AND ON HOW HE IS RUINING THIS COUNTRY AND THIS WORLD RIGHT NOW!!!!!!

American currency is metric and has always been. You probably know that even in countries that keep some old measures during the changeover--The imperial gallon is of a diffferent size to U.S. Canadian liquid ounce is not the same as U.S. There was a time during the changeovers in some countries (Australia comes to mind) that non-metric shipments of U.S. tooling were refused at their borders. To make it work, the U.S. industry had to go metric.

Believing that someone in the government was involved (either by perpetrating it, or letting it happen); or believing that the government (with resources such as the FBI, CIA, etc etc - so many resources) was incompetent enough to let a band of lunatics from a third world country pull off such a thing?

Its like saying “well we can’t find Natalie Holloway, so she must never have been in Aruba.” Here is a concept, PEOPLE MOVED OR HID THEM!! Yes, some intelligence was false (as would be expected) but plenty was not.
Oh and, I’m sorry. Explain just how the government benefits from the war. Spare me the Oil greed thing!! If we were after more oil, we would just drill in Alaska.
