That is pretty funny, but what is with the hatred of Bush, Cheney and Halliburton? Check your facts about Haliburton, bill clinton used them as much as Bush has. The reason is that there are only 2 companies in the entire world that does large scale construction. One is owned by Americans and the British(Halliburton) the other is owned by Mr Bin Laden. Which one would you rather use?
