Its been said keep your friends close....your enemies closer. No neither is our friend.

They are neighbors who have learned to coexist, need to have eachothers emergency keys because it is convenient and would be the one the cops called if one of them got in an accident. However, since they all went to different grammar schools and H.S. they hang out in different clubs, date different people and don't watch the same tv shows. When there is a party they invite eachother out of obligation and not because their friends get along with them. However, even though they look out the window to see what is going on next door, they wouldn't actually call the cops on them if they did something wrong because since they all OWN their homes and plan on living there forever, it would make life hell.
So i think that YES these nations are friends, because they have constant relationships with eachother, consult eacother and rely on eachother.

NO! do some Research on the Shanghai Cooperation Organization! They are two of the founding members and they won't even let the U.S.A. be an observer at a meeting but they did let Iran be an observer at their last meeting! Take a hint! it's the new Warsaw Pact!

Let me put it simply this way. China and Russia are our "friends" as much as the U.S.A. is their friend. They spy on us and we certainly spy on them.
