I have and it is a beautiful country with lovely proud people who will do anything they can to make you enjoy your visit.
I was impressed with the education system the schools and the fact that there are no homeless people and zero tolerence to racism.
The health service is very good and they have more doctors per person than we do in the UK
The people were friendly, and even though poor, they had an inner richness, they wanted to share what they had with us
OK so the big buildings need a coat of paint on them, but what's more important big flashy buildings or no illiteracy, and the erqadication of childhood illnesses that kill children in many other countries in that area?
There are many Canadians in Cuba, many Brits, many Chinese, Israelis - but not many people from the USA ...
