Indian tribes are already considered to be sovereign by the US Government, and governed by treaty.
If American Indians tried to take back some of the land, it would be considered an act of war. And because they also have US citizenship, it would be an act of treason as well.

Living here in Texas, Indians have it made...If u have an indian card u get a ton of free food, free health care, and u can buy a house for like 20 bucks a month..And it doesnt matter how much money they make, all the free stuff they still get...Sooo, they would never WANT to take it back beacuse they then wouldnt get all of this and would have to work...All u have to be is one tenth of an indian and u too can have all of this...ONE TENTH!!!!!

someone will probably say it is "not politically correct" and get the nation to wipie out your new nation. But personally i think the native americans should have some of their land back at their disposal, if not most of it.
